for the complete diff including calipers, disc's as listed above offer over $1000. genuine gtr very low kms in excellent condition

oh the diff also comes with all rear wheel steering rack and associated boosters that sit on top of the diff :)

i think this is a good price i will see if there is a door trim but i doupt it ;)

fatz, are you aware that the rear brake rotors are in excellent condition, very low kms and are cross drilled from the r32 Vspec ???? i would pefer to sell both the rotors and the calipers together unless i have a 'reasonable' offer. sorry

hungry 6 the wiring has been sold some time ago to a fellow from performance forums interstate

and poop the shocks are in very good condition, with low kms and you are welcome to send somebody or come to inspect them.

shit you are from brisbane ? i suppose the best way is to send a courier ??? however all postage will be paid for by the buyer

any idea on the sides yet? as in how to send etc... do u mind holding them for about another 2 weeks? as i just got stung for quite a bit of cash until next pay.

inark check your e-mail i think i sent you a message already ???

the first to take them will get them. the reason is that i need the space not really the money. i have a heap of stuff built up over time and have a new project coming 2morrow or sunday. so everything will be in the way as of sunday.

i can send them by courier. i also can give several references from people on this forum who i have bought, sold to(know where i live etc ), know me personally.

i am selling at very reasonable prices so i think most stuff will go soon. it's up to you. sorry

arnt the vpec rear rotors the same as standard gtr???

i dont know(thats what sux abot only owning a standard one)

how much you want for em

100

what do you think is resonable??

ill take the calipers as well and stick em in the pool room (look cool) lol

    • That's probably OK. That's a face to face compression joint between two surfaces with the clamping load provided by those bolts. So.... it's unlikely that the bolts will end up feeling that load in shear, unless the clamping surfaces are not large enough, bolts not got enough tension on them, etc etc to prevent the two faces from moving wrt each other. Which... I would hope the designers have considered, seeing as it's probably one of the most important things the upright has to do apart from resist collapsing in its own right. But yes, it would definitely be worth asking them what their safety factor on that part of the design was. I tend to think that the casting, being a casting, is not necessarily the strongest bit of material in the world. It's about an inch square, and when you think about the loads that are being put into it, you have to wonder what safety factor the Nissan boys (and every other OEM engineer who has designed all the millions of other uprights that look essentially the same) used to account for defective casting, aging, severe impacts on the wheel, etc etc.
    • Those bolts would be orders of magnitude stronger that cast aluminium though.  And its mainly clamping force, not shear they are dealing with?
    • Except all that twisting force that is breaking a cast piece, appears to be going through 4 bolts in the picture Johnny posted of the BryPar one...
    • The smart approach is to use the gearbox loom from the manual car. Makes it a lot easier - just plugs into the switches on the box and plugs into the main loom up near the fusebox. Then you only need to deal with bypassing the inhibit switch. The other approach requires you to use the wiring diagram to identify those wires by colour and location, perhaps even indulging in a little multimeter action to trace them end to end to make sure, and then.... you will have the answers you need. The R34 wiring diagram is available on-line (no, I do not have a link to it myself - I would have to do a search if I wasn't able to go to the copy I have at home).
