Hks Evcii , Wierd Noise

I got a HKS EVCII it came with my car. When i set it to 8psi and then in hits 8psi it makes a Beeping noise, is that because it reached the limit or DANGER DANGER. or does anyone have manual for this antique controller

Yeah the manual didnt help as it didnt have my model. but anyone with the same model could you please let me know the functions tried searching all over the web still cant find any
