yeah and after u buy the house be strick on yourself for a year, no mods just the necessities, and put all your pay into the loan

then after the year is up get a new valuation on the home then use that and equity u have in the home ie your repayments and the etra u've been putting in to buy a second house rent it out and use the rent to pay it off and then drop back on your house. do the same thing cercumstances permitting every 1 or 2 years

even when your just renting together the splitting of items gets messy .... plus living together you get to see the evil monster in each other - i think its best just to see what happens and give it another 6 months to a year before you decide.

Bad bad idea!

i've lived with her before for a few months and she's not that bad, just wonder how she put up with me! hehehe

u know that buzzing sound when u left the room

thats how :D

why the hell would you want to get yourself in that much debt anyway eeek. Im waiting for my 21st for my little townhouse then use the rent off that to pay off the mortgage of a house i really want.

    • I'm not normally one for posting random videos, but I thought we'd all appreciate the honesty about how broken our cars tend to be lol. Genuine skyline life here.
    • New CAS just turned up from NZ Wiring. Looks like a nice bit of gear.  So, yeah. Triggered, bro. Realised I may as well do the cam belt while mucking about with it so will order one of them.
    • Even more fun, leave all the ADAS stuff plugged in, but in different locations, hopefully avoid any codes!   And honestly, all these new cars with their weird electronics. Pull all the electronics out Duncan, and just shove an aftermarket ECU and if needed a trans controller in, along with a PDM. Make it run basic but race car styled!
    • To follow up a question from earlier too since I had the front bar off again (fking!) This is what is between the bumper and the drivers side wheel And this is the navigator side, only one thing but its a biggy! So basically....no putting coolers in the wheel arches without a lot of moving other stuff. Assuming I move to properly race prepping this car I'll take that job on and see how the computers respond to removing a whole bunch of ADAS modules
