I think most people flirt as an outlet. We are social creatures and crave human contact, and there comes a point in every relationship that that contact is lessened, so we get it elsewhere. I'm not talking about physical contact only, it is the social contact as well. Like us talking on the forum, it is time out, it is socialising.

I think the point I am trying to make is that it is one form of escape, and I don't believe our partners have the right to try to control that, especially for me as a woman, I work full time, I study occassionally, I have an old fashioned partner who does nothing in the house, so I do it all. After working an 8 hour day, comming home to a couple of hours of housework and cooking, if I choose to talk to some friends on the net rather than fall asleep infront of the TV I believe I have that right, and the right to do that without feeling guilty.

It seems to me that the aim of control is to stop your partner from doing something they enjoy, punishing them.

Hmm , maybe we should swap partners.

Hehehe

My wife does not like the time I spend on here but I say it keeps me stimulated , mentally and socially and beats the hell out of watching the crap on TV.

I have met a whole new circle of people who have my common interest at heart ( cars , Skylines and motorsport ) which beats another round of dinner meets or parties with the same old tired friends.

Cheers

I will give Liz a call tmrw. Things will look different in the morning. She would be a little upset now, and blow things out of proportion. Early days yet, they will get there!

Yes , she does tend to go into panic quick. Hopefully it will be all OK in the morning.

Does not bode well for the future if they are having these huge fights this early though.

Cheers

Ken it has to be in proportion, that it all. If I was neglecting housework in order to spend time on the net he has a right to be upset, but I only log on if I have time.

He is OK with it now most of the time, but He gets funny when I want to go on cruises or see you in person. I do try to include him, but the truth is I just don't have a good time when he is around. I just have to watch everything I say.

Yep , I know where your coming from. I do all the chores , help with the house work , maintain and clean her car , help with tea etc but just don't enjoy falling asleep in front of the TV any more.

Tried to include her in the motorsport ( Albany when Niz and Paul came down ) but just wasn't that comfortable with it.

Always wondering how she felt , was she having a good time and I couldn't be the usual disgusting flirt I am with her around.

Still as I said , she does trust me though and won't go into panic if I'm late home etc.

Cheers

morning guys...

sounds like there was a bit of controversy last night..

Liz - if you read this, tell your man to ring me and I'll explain to him.. probably also tell him he's being a possessive & insecure git..

rob thats quite possible

but i have learnt to live with it. i trust kylie totally but at first it was hard to see what happens when we go out and then here what happens when she goes out with girls.

a flirty chick with her assests draws alot of attention.

morning all.

Hmmmm...... possessiveness eh?

wonder what that's like?

Actually, I used to go out with a girl who would flirt with everyone, and I used to get upset. But then again, it was probably well founded, as she was a bit of a nympho ****.

how's that for a nice thought for the day!

    • Ok thanks..that was my second question if i can somehow bypass this even with Nistune(that is all i have right now...aparat from stock ECU. So with some aftemarket it can by "bypassed" or make it work?  I know there is Link or Haltech (mainly used). We have ECUmaster here so i will gather some info about it.
    • Yes. You will need to get the original boost sensor and wire it in. That is.... if you plan to use a stock ECU - even a Nistuned ECU. The Nissan ECU will not operate correctly without it connected. And yes, it will do annoying stuff like you are experiencing. You will almost certainly be better off with some aftermarket ECU, than trying to hunt down rare sensors.
    • Ok so ABS/TCS is "not" the problem. Yeah i know now about the ABS with Nistune(i told that to the Nistune guy) but iam not 100% why or why i dont have ABS. ABS cube is in the engine (always has been) but i had braked couple of times rly hard and brakes just locked and scream. Does all Skylines have ABS cube? That boost sensor https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/367633-wtb-r34-gtt-turbo-pressure-sensor-pics-inside/ Is this it? I need to ask but i have a picture of engine bay and i do not see that (100% is not in that place) If i do not have this the car can do what mine is?(cutting around 4000 rpm) Here is the pic of my engine bay(only one i have) BUT i think i dont have that cuz loom was used from my RB20DE NEO and i know (obviously) that it does not have boost control or any wire to that...) so maybe that is the problem? (i dont know for 100% if that car where the engine is from had that)...but i dont have the loom from that
    • I'm with you here. It's either loom has an issue, OR, injectors are not functioning properly. It could even be they're just constantly dribbling, hence the wet, but not firing.
