Hid Group Buy?

I wanted the hi/lo, so all good it is in my sil80, I just have a different front bar (stock) as I have trashed two aftermarket bars on the track.

What is this extra protection wire? do I need to disconnect something?

Picked it up this morning and spent pretty much the whole day installing it with my mate, he got his on no probs but with mine for some reason my left headlight just refused to work. My first thought was that the fuse was gone, but checked every single fuse under the dash (they were all in jap) and in the engine bay and all were fine... after that spent a LONG time just trying to figure out wtf was wrong, till finally gave up and just drove home.

Later I searched the forums to see if I could find out what was wrong, and straight away came across a thread which said that the fuses for the headlights are actually in the boot.... and sure enough the fuse was broken... so yeah just a helpful piece of advice if any of you guys get into my situation when installing

oh and btw ben, my car is turbo if u didn't figure it out at the time hahaha

most of the kits ive seen start at arount $400, and upwards to $1200

went riding last sunday at night, with a few guys who had them, they are totally insane, the HIDS just light up the entire track..its like gandolf riding around heh.
