whats a good turbo upgrade to get?

currently have 206rwkw on stock turbo at 12psi..

looking for around 250-275rwkw but want to use same manifold etc. onyl want a turbo replacement (have fuel pump etc ready)

whats a good turbo something that wont come on to late or lag too much

upgraded turbo - RB25... done many times before.

1) Look @ the sticky thread with results of what people have used

2) Then search on those turbos for more info
