Hey guys,

Need a little help distinguishing the problem here.

So i was on my way to work when all of a sudden my car starts to die out. It will start and idle ok, but a few kilometres down the track the same thing will happen. I'm thinking it's my fuel pump, since it feels as though it's not getting enough fuel to run.

Altinator?

Has anyone experience similiar problems?

It is a R32 btw.

Best regards.

Is your tank making a "gurgling noise?"

My RB30 did for a while then the intank died.

Got a new one and runs just fine

Maybe if it is the AFM- it might blow a bit of black smoke- so check the around the exhaust for a black build up.

Good luck!

I'm using a blitz air pod.

There is no gurgling noise in my tank.

And i don't think there's black smoke. But i haven't really checked. It could be AFM, since there are irregular idles for a few seconds after the car starts to act up.

If so, do i clean out the AFM or replace it?

Although my engine overheat icon did light up once, and the car emitted a strange slight burning smell. (since i decided to push it a little)

Thanks for your help guys.

Ta.
