  1. I vouch for hardcore velcro (as in the real velcro brand). Other than that the double sided tape that came with my GReddy EBC is pretty damn hardcore and shits all over the cheap tape.
  2. You can't replace them with new ones because they have been discontinued.
  3. Around 250rwkw (or a turbo upgrade) and you'll be wanting to strengthen the box with a bigger transmission cooler.
  4. Yes on particularly sunny days I can barely read it.
  5. I used 4 squares of cheapo DS tape for the base and I used the DS tape that came with my GReddy Profec EBC to stick the SAFC onto the stand. I used to use the cheapo tape for that but it melts under the sun very easily. On that note, with it mounted on the dash like that, the RSM will be exposed to lots of sunlight so make sure you cover it up when you are parking in exposed areas.
  6. Use this stuff: Available from http://www.justjap.com/parts_naccessories.htm And yes I've used some on my headlight covers and there is a big difference.
  7. Hey mate the link doesn't work For a second you scared me - thought you were selling the 4-door!
  8. Not a RSM but close enough As you can see I've got the Apexi stand too - not sure if you have it but it makes mounting these devices so much easier. When I'm parked outside of my house I use a beanie to cover it up so people can't see it from the outside.
  9. I'd mount it either in front of the cluster somewhere (use the RSM instead of your guages) or I'd mount it on top of the dash, in the middle above the aircon vents.

  11. Well from what I could see, it's still stock as a rock.
  12. Spotted: Red S2 R33 'CIPHER' on Epping Road going towards city White R33 'RUSSIA' parked at the Rocks Maroon R32 'AA-94-RE' (I think) on Epping Road going towards Epping

  14. Using FAST may determine if the car is S2 but I'm suspecting something dodgy happened with the dash as all S2 have double airbags.
  15. Leewah out of curiousity what was the fuel consumption of the GTR like when you drove it daily?
  16. Check the material around the aircon vents - is it rough or smooth - if it's rough its a S2 dash. And all series 2s came with twin airbags.
  17. My Profec is on the steering wheel column and my SAFC is right in the middle of my dash facing toward me (above the middle aircon vents). No way is it stealthy but it looks nice
  18. Now it is Duncan. Came back during the afternoon sometime.
  19. BMI have commented that the Mines R34 is faster than a JGTC vehicle - something I'm sure the Z-Tune is not. But then imagine Mines tuned Z-Tune....
  20. I'm sure he's more than welcome to give it a go on the dyno. It'd be nice to see some other cars dynoed apart from Skylines!
  21. stan why not try a PowerFC and if it kills your autobox (which may take awhile), then just upgrade the box to a full-sequential BU5TER style one?
  22. Wow - you know you didn't have to create a new thread for this.
  23. It states that the timing belt should be changed every 100,000km.
  24. Being a white series 2 R33 they are everywhere but I haven't seen something like mine yet (400R back+side but standard front) and I don't think any Skyline in Australia has my combo of rims + bling lug nuts.
