If I can get an ISO of the navigation DVD, I'll see if I can configure the voice alerts to work. -

Has anyone manage to locate an ISO of the NAV DVD? I'm interested in activating this voice on my premium model series 1 cpv35. If you upload sound recordings I can translate what is being said, to help figure out what alerts are available. It might already be available in the Japanese workshop manual. Is this also available online? -

V35 Modifications For $2000 ?

why bother with the iso-thermal copper? I'd stick to the basic 5/16 spacer for best hp-to-dollar mod. -

Thinking Of Selling Original 17Inch 6 Spoke On Ebay
_thom_ replied to INSANITI's topic in VQ Series - V35, V36 & Infiniti
350z 18" OEMs often go for as low as $200, typically $300-400 though. It really depends on the buyer/seller. The last set of V35 18" OEM wheels I saw sell (with decent tyres) for $300. -
I looked into importing from Japan but it's not worth it for cheaper wheels. +$400 for postage & handling, +$600-1000 for tyres. + whatever price you purchase the wheels. OEM wheels often come up for sale locally. Mid last year a set sold for $650 on eBay.

bump. Hoping to find a set in decent condition. Amazed how many of these sets have serious curb damage.
-
there are a few sets on the fresh imports. Hopefully one of the new owners will want to upgrade from the stock look.

Vic: Immaculate Nissan Skyline 350Gt Coupe For Sale

Did you end up selling? -
haha - mate you make me laugh. I wasn't suggesting importing from the USA - if I was to import wheels it would be from Japan. I said I'd be interested in stock Rays for $500. I've seen the same set sell for $650 on eBay locally & a quick search (that i linked) was showing them selling for even less in the USA. I'm happy offering the price I think is fair & the seller can happily refuse it (if they wish.) Just like what was mentioned "it really depends whose looking for them". If someone wants them bad, they will pay a high price. Or, if the seller wants to move them quickly, they'll sell for less. I think we're just at opposite ends of the spectrum You seem to be happy commenting that you'd purchase a lot of V35 items (brakes, wheels, whole cars). Whereas I'll search for what I consider a good deal (350z brembos for $700, CPV35 for >$10K, Rays for $500.) This is off topic though.. Good job with the sale Amrit - hopefully they will remain on a v35!
-
Are the tires 20% worn, or 20% of tread left? Another set recently sold for $500. I'd be interested for that price http://www.myg37.com/forums/private-classifieds/245713-g35-rays-forged-19s.html

Apparently the part is specific to the V35. Just spoke to Niss4x4 in Brooklyn - they sell the part for ~$75. -

I'll let you know what the wreckers are charging here in VIC & post details if I find a wreck. -
Yesterday my wheel guard came loose and started rubbing on the wheel at high speed. I'm looking for a replacement and wondering whether anything knows if this part is compatible with the 350z, J31 Maxima, Stagea, etc. My car is an 2003 350GT Coupe. I'm unsure of the exact part number, but it could be this. http://www.z1motorsports.com/350_g35/product_info.php?products_id=5204

The rims look different to the usual type that I've seen on V35. If you click on the wheel in this catalogue, you can see the 17" & 18" rims. http://history.nissan.co.jp/SKYLINE/V35/0411/MECHA/main3.html

hey mate, The tire specifications seem correct for an '03 coupe, on the Nissan site: http://history.nissan.co.jp/SKYLINE/V35/0411/DATA/main1_2.html Front: 225/50R17 94V, Rear: 235/50R17 96V (whereas the sedan had: 215/55R17 93V) Can you confirm that the wheels are 7.5" & 8"?
