Alright, here is my feed back for that TAFE japanese class: boring . . . Not saying Im good enough for the intermediate level yet but I dont want to go through the whole alphabet thingi all over again. So I asked the teacher and she said I could get refunded and transfered to the intermediate level in Ultimo campus. So I might try that sometimes tomorrow. Beer Baron, I asked my mate about the intensive course that he did but unfortunately it was only offered during summer (January) which you have just missed it by few weeks. It was at UNWS by the way, you can check out few information about current semester here However there should be a few private intensive courses offered outside but I havent got a chance to find out.

Hey I joined up a japanese class at TAFE with a mate coz we found its pretty cheap ($190 per semester). I think the whole course has like 3 semester and I started from scratch eventhough like you I've done one for 2 years back in high school. Alternatively you can do an intensive course like my mate which goes for something like 3 weeks at $300 but that is very exhausting since classes are every weeknights. My first class is tonight to I can let you know how it goes. Havent been to classes for ages since finishing uni so this could be interesting, making new "friends" hehe

Thats right ss is way overpriced, plus mild steel sounds tougher (personally). But I guess some ppl have chromies and probably ss would match with those wheels.

Hey guys, I have noticed from last couple of days there are these new mysterious ads on various billboards at Anzac bridge, M4, Broadway, Parramatta Rd,etc showing a group of people looking up the sky. Is it a teaser for a up coming movie, product or just the billboard company advertise themselve? Or I'm missing out something major here ???

My boost is set at 12 psi but really you don't have to set the boost to 9psi coz as daily driving how many times do you actually floor it to 12? With Sydney traffics I usually dont see my boost reach 9psi anyway.

Nice job. Ye I was told the same about my stock turbo being able to pull 212kw with similar mods but its still unknown until I have the turbo taken out any probly hiflo it

It's quite tricky and yes the top pipe might touch the bonnet as well. Like I said you will need a longer silicon hose (probably twice as long to the one off the kits) and a metal bar roughly 5 cm2 to lift the top pipe clear the fan. That metal bar will be bolted on the where the engine mount is with 2 extra bolts for the top pipe. I havent got a pic for you but hopefully you can understand the mess that I just typed This is a common problem if you get the Hybrid kits. Apparently the manufacturer is too lazy/cost saving to make some other kits that do not touch the fan. If you want a Hybrid cooler, might as well pay a little bit more and get some custom made kits to avoid this problem. But I guess its too late now

Although you may not have much choice, trimming fan blades is a bad idea coz it might make the fan out of balance and consequently may affect other things like water pump, engine cooling, etc You could extend the piping by having a longer silicon hose from where the washer bottle is, and for the pipe that goes across the engine lift it with a small metal bar and 2 extra bolts.

Assuming you have a stock ecu it's wierd how it did not go rich at all. Guess you dont even need a SAFC to lean it out

Very inspirational thread to get a GTR . So let's say should be a spare $10k on top of the purchase price just to cover repairs, maintenance and some minor mods.

Ouch!! I hate so much when that happens even to other ppl's cars. Anyone who can't do reverse parking (trucks, cars, scooters...) should get their license taken off. I got the creep everytime there are parking spaces infront or behind my car. And most of the time ppl bump into someone's car just drive off !! Sorry to hear about the car dude. It's likely the truck belongs to a company so hopefully insurance will work out easier. Happened to a mate at work so he rang up the company and threatened them he's gonna ask cops to pay them a visit or take legal actions,... That company got freaked out and settled it within 2 weeks
