Agree with that. Also just to add that what people learn from theories and driving lessons aint enough to prepare them for many real life scenarios that require quick reactions, common senses (like you said) and staying alert most the time on the roads. It's probably a good idea to show everyone before taking their driving tests the graphical photos of horrific accidents caused by silly mistakes, bad attitudes or lack of attentions from other drivers, kind of like whats the anti-tobacco campaign is doing (sorry smokers ^^)
