  7. Sprints at Gawler have redline oils
  8. I don't see how taking a 0.1 to 0.3mm skim would make any huge difference to the strength. The machining tolerance on the thickness is probably plus or minus 1mm new anyway. Trying to lighten it however could be disasterous.

  13. My car is tuned by Morpowa. Simon seems good, I've got a problem with a knock sensor at the moment and he didn't hesitate to run it up on the dyno and then on the street to check it out FREE OF CHARGE. He said that i had paid for a tune and it's gotta be right. Turns out the tune was right but the knock sensor was/is faulty. I'm happy
  14. ^^^^ it is just Ford "style" diff etc. I'd doubt you'd find Ford or Holden making 1% of those cars
  15. Yeah mate, toolie by trade but working in aerospace now. I don't have the program but can write you one if you want.

  23. I'm with Cubes, HICAS just makes the car feel vaig*(spelling) when you're really on the edge, it shouldn't make you turn into the gutter. There may be a problem somewhere. However, it's not because of an airlock etc. as the hicas on the 33 is all electrical so there are no hydraulic lines Look for a post in the diy section about HICAS diagnostics, there is a self diagnostic program that you can access by doing certain things, might help find the problem
