  1. Compliance for an 89 model car you can do yourself .. it's not hard at all Paying someone to do it is just a rip Hope that helps
  2. Kim I did my piping myself ... wasn't too hard I have a Hybrid 600x300 type thing. I used the standard piping down past the pod filter, and then the far side of the cooler (the cold side) turned back around behind the cooler to join up with the standard piping. It worked well I think ... no extra lag noticed and was good enough to make nearly 250rwhp at SST on standard turbo. I'm changing it soon though as I have a new turbo going on .. but for stock turbo the setup seemed to work well
  3. We've emailed Brent a couple of times in the last week to buy some more items, but as yet no reply either ?
  4. Dude please ! You bought a Skyline not a Civic !
  5. sorry i didnt read the other thread first before i replied
  6. i know this is a simple thing, but have you checked the globes to make sure one of them hasn't blown ? eg. if the front indicator bulb blows, the rear one blinks really fast

  10. Is actually very true ... S15 6 speed boxes are no way near as strong as the 5 speed boxes. You'll find a lot of people switch from the 6 speed back to the 5 speed.
  11. when i put my cooler on i didnt notice any extra lag at all
  12. So the end result ... don't run cams meant for GTRs in RB20s or RB25s ?

  18. Thanks very much for your help Sydneykid. So if I got a pair of 8.8mm lift cams I should be ok ? One thing though, what does PCD refer to when talking about cams ?
  19. v8eta: cheers for that mate ... just that someone told me once that i could use cams up to 9mm lift, and then a workshop suggested to me the other day that 8.8mm might be the limit  sydneykid: I haven't ordered the cams yet, but I will when I find out what lift I can use. I'll order them for my RB20DET.
  20. hahaha oh phew ! so there ARE other people out there that think the same way as me
  21. I've been searching around on this forum and skylinesdownunder, and can't find what I'm looking for. Basically, I want to run HKS 256 inlet with 8.8mm of lift and HKS 264 exhaust with 9mm lift. Is this possible without changing valvesprings / machining the head ? At what point does one have to change the springs or machine the head ? Cheers
  22. If you have one I'd like it Doesn't matter what colour ... just needs to be in good nick PM me if you have one Cheers
