nice looking car man. sadly victoria is extremly tuff on P plater laws. any performance ehancing component is classed as illegal. best to keep her stock and just wait till your off your Ps. or get a project car like me(r33 gtst) Headers cold air intake ect are illegal and noticeable by police. there pretty switched on now with modifications.

Chasing a few parts for my R33. Powerfc second hand. doesnt need to have hand controller Plazmaman maniofld with throttle body adapter Or another brand like the plazmamans which bolt ontop of the old runners.

why you want extractors on your NA skyline? you do relise youll still get thrashed by FGs and VEs right? if your after a tuff sound. i got a 2.5" cat back small middle muffler with 3" blast pipes. can eb quite has a nice grumble and gets loud when u rev of course. Also extractors are classed as a high performance modification for a P plater so its not worth it buddy. cops know what to look for these days.

saw a champaigne style color r35 on peninsular link frankston the other day. drove next to him didnt wanna even glimpse at me had a young daughter in the car. got about 2ks from the eastlink on ramp off of peninsular link. he absolutely booted it and vanished. haha was cool though also seen 2 r35s lately around langwarren area. 1 blue 1 was at night.

the only cheap ebay gear ive looked at was a forward facing plenum :S hahaha Im not going to go cheap on fuel turbo or ecu control. so im happy with whatever he wants em to get. But id love to get a plazmaman forward facing plenum. if only they were cheaper. i want that clean engine bay look. and this stok plenum isnt cutting it haha. but i dont think ill be getting any cheap gear. apart from my alloy radiator its an unknown brand and i got it cheap so meh haha. oh and my boost guage. Saas brand. but i only wanted a more accurate one than the stock guage so i didnt wanna spend 100s on a boost guage that does the same thing. its mechanical aswell. prefer that over the electrical guages. just feels more but ive just got to really think what i want out of the car and put it all down on paper and get everything at once and get the right thing. i dont wanna have to buy one thing then find out i shoulda got this other. ect ect. so this builds not gonna be quick. but atleast in the end itll hopefully be a very nice engine bay with reasonable power to back it up. and a nice exterior. i got a year to do this so in no rush at all. and getting the splitfires instead of oem. is because i first wanted them. and now this tuners suggests them also. so thaught i better go with what hes said.

So got in contact with racepace in bayswater. apparently the well known tuner who used to work for them known as Ben has retired. and been taken over by a guy called Chris. sounds very friendly and also worked along side ben for many years. lambo doors arnt easy to fit to any car . so im also hanging to see how they turn out on a R33.. you never know everyone. once all finished with all these bits and bobs. you guys may be surprised how it looks. you never know. well all just have to wait and see. atleast billy you now know you got alot of followers haha.

to be honest. dont really want to go e85 would prefer staying with bp98(fuel card purposes) And dont really wanna spend the type of money on my current turbo to send of to just get highflowed. would rather spend that on a new low mount setup. as ive seen some promsiing hypergear results. but also disappointing ones for the cost you spend. really wouldnt mind just talking to a tuner thats very familiar with rb25dets in my area. much easier to talk in person to.

Sorry for alot of spam. but want to know a supplier that woudl supply a garret gt3076r turbo with the IW 5 bolt flange. as ive seen the cheaper ones are restrictive of power due to cheap housings ect. ?

So looked into it a bit more. pretty much my best bet living down here in Victoria is getting a gt3076r lowmount or SS2 hypergear. pretty keen on the 3076r though. Pretty much dont wanna get hassled by cops. So my best bet si to keep it safe as itll be my daily driver. just wish modification laws werent so god damn strict. Got this whole week off so gonna be doing alot of internet surfing for parts ect. haha. and putting in my radiator this weekend and polish it up a bit.

So been looking around alot for turbo options. id love to get a top mount manifold and top mounted turbo just for the pure Sexyness look. but dont want to really get anything liek that if a cop pops the bonnet and defects for it. being an Intake modification. Are top mounted turbos defectable in victoria ect? Ive seen this seems very cheap but wondering what others opions are if anyones had one. i know theres hypergear. So picked up a few things last night. Wish i had seen your post earlier about bleed valves killing the response apposed to spring and ball operated BCers Well anyways. i got this cheap as so if i do find it not very responses i can always get the Turbo Tech Ones. Then Picked up a second hand out of a 33 my mates stripping. alloy 42 MM radiator. going to be giving it a good clean out and polish. still has the old hoses on at the moment until i get round to putting it in. and polishing it up too look nice and SHINY Nother shot Also got these blue silicone hoses to go on when i put it in. Will be picking up a set of new OEM coilpacks sometime next week. and hopefully put it all in not this weekend but the following. Going in to hospital tomorrow so will be out of action for a week or so depending on recovery. But KEEN as to get these all in. Probably going to put the Turbosmart in. but hide it and keep the factory controller the with fake vacuum lines on to make it look stock. but not. as ill be needing a RWC further down the track when i plan to register this. Going to make the turbosmart just run on 8PSI like stock. for now. unless people recon running 10 without a tune or FMIC nor Downpipe and cat is safe? if not im in no rush so probably just run it on 8Psi anyways. Also plan on getting a body kit within the next few months. Want a GTR front bar. GTR spoiler 400r skirts and undecided rear bar as of yet. Possibly not the gtr spoiler though. seen alot of drag style spoilers around lately. pretty keen on them too. or the Do Luck boot lip spoiler. haha.
