  1. add something of your own to their board, like a small penis (I dunno why that it's the only thing I could think of )
  2. Another downside of smaller rims is your gonna have to use a higher profile tyre which will mean more sidewall flex which inturn decreases handling....
  3. Means there is a constant air free supply of fuel to the pressure pump. When dragging or circuit racing as your tank gets low and the fuel is being thrown around the pump can suck in air.....well thats my understanding of it....
  4. any idea on the brand of these and where to get them at a more sensible price?
  5. ^^^ Those lights are awesome, you know if there is a version like that avaliable for the 33? Not worried about the clear, I wanna tint them till they are almost black anyway (for a black car). Remember seeing a picture of an RX7 that had blacked out led tail lights, looked like there were just led rings recessed into the bumper, looked awesome! Problem is most of the led 33 lights I have been able to find the leds reflect of the backing and doesn't give precise little circles.....if you know what I mean.
  6. spellchecker is your friend, you should really consider using it as to the actual topic, it's all about the fact its a charity event.....anyway, having more club type run car events around will show the public what we are all about and we aren't 'all' just a bunch of hoons....
  7. how do you do that?
  8. yeh but lets face it everyone was rolling up to the first set of cones with their foot on the clutch and the other foot hovering over the brake. Remember after, he got Al to stop and leave his car there then he added on the reaction time distances etc.....does add up...and the fact everyones car obviously doesn't pull up as good.....
  9. lol i think he is funny as don't base your turbo choice on what cams you want, it should be the other way round. What you looking at using the car for circuit, drag or street?
  10. WTF? I have no idea how to do it in a 34, wouldn't be that hard though, any good workshop should be able to do it. cams depends on turbos...
  11. can put an 044 intank with a bit of playing around.....
  12. Thats what you bought them for....their fairly accessable from underneath so shouldn't be a problem as long as you take it somewhere half decent...
  13. There's a thread in the diy section that shows one being mounted in behind the indicators on the front bar, I like this idea because it means your not adding extra heat to the airflow through the cooler and radiator. If there isn't enough room there though majority of people mount them between the cooler and the radiator, on the righthand side to keep the lines as short as possiable. Just make up some brackets that bolt to the structure somewhere
  14. lol thats the funniest thing i have seen all day
  15. how bout rice
  16. You are a retard, change the font to normal and you might get some answers..... can't do it without changing the fuel system. that is all
  17. Hmmm kinda the opposite to what I thought with regards to the return........though -8 from rail the reg does make sense
  18. You can't mount a surge tank upside down look at the pic and it will make sense why(actually just looked at the pic the overflow normally comes out of the top of the tank).....suppose you could get a custom one made up (like the one in the pic ) that mounts at the top and has the top return on the side but would also be kind of gay as the tank wouldn't get 100% full, just put it in the boot......
  19. had a look at a GTST bonnet today, never realied how heavy they are my commodore has a lighter bonnet Looks like there wouldn't be a clearance problem at all with them though, where the hinge sits is a slightly different set-up to the GTR and gives a bit more room...
  20. phantom32 - I wanna get this done to a set of GTC's as well, let us know how you go and where you get them done.
  21. ooo autobarn, what one give me cheap prices It's a skyline though, parts are expensive, i'd be going for the more expensive ones, want something thats good quality......
  22. As far as I am aware the size of the box is irrelevant. For your set-up I would add an extra piece of pipe to locate the pod closer down to the hole in the guard, obviously so the side of the filter is closer not the end and run some ducting from the front bar up to the bottom of the hole. I think box is kind of the wrong terminolgy think of it more as a shield thats stopping the pod sucking in hot engine air. Make up the sheild to protect the filter from the engine bay heat, and remember if your making it from aluminium use some type of heatmat on the inside. There is no need to contain the AFM in the box. <---P.S. woot 1000th post
  23. wooot 3yr old thread :sorcerer:
  24. Does it really matter, just remind them their still driving a 4door family car
  25. I didn't think this was the case.....Majority of set-ups I have seen have a smaller return line than pressure line......ie. -8 pressure split into x2 -6 into rail and single -6 return line......
