  1. Those are all residential streets, your a retard is you even think about speeding along any of them.
  2. Compression test on a good engine should give results somewhere between 150-170psi and all cylinders should give fairly similar numbers. see this thread for example: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...=136725&hl= So first of I would be asking to see the results of the compression test as 20psi isn't correct. Also find out what he means by "he said its a double wheel and it can be repaired" if one or more of the wheels are buckled even though they can be fixed it's a major pain in the ass as fixing them doesn't always help that much, normally the steering wheel will vibrate round 80-120km/h depending on how bad it is. As for the k's completley ignore them, they are never correct. Look at general wear and tear on the car, drivers seat on the door side, carpet around the clutch and accelerator pedal, the plastic around the bin in the drivers door arm rest, the material on the inside of the bonnet and the condition of the paint on and around the engine I always find are good indications of the cars use. Otherwise car looks good, just do some bargning to get the price down a bit
  3. Can wait for it to run out, can change it as soon as you get there, don't 'have' to change it at all if you go about it the right way, it's all up to you really and how well you want to follow the rules generally your 'supposed' to swap the rego over within 3 months.
  4. Probally a stupid question but what do you mean by blanked off bov's?

  8. I agree with that, that road from the western to the footbridge is fantastic, although after that is gets a bit bumpy and the joins in the onramp combined with coilovers = all bad....also the western between hume hwy exit and the above bridge greensborough bound....long flat and wide

Went for a drive up to skyhigh tonight only to be greeted by a huge locked gate and signs stating entry fees. I haven't been up there for years but I remember last time I was there it was fairly early in the morning and never having to pay an entry fee, when did it all change?? and does anyone know any good alternatives?
  15. nah i was driving behind dezz looking at the back of his car obviously and thought it would look much better without the white strips and the reflectors, so all you saw was 4 round circles. Saw a pic of an rx7 ages ago that had led tail lights, that had been tinted, you looked at the back of the car and it was all black no lights, then when the lights came on you would just see the led circles....looked awesome. I put 4 coats on mine, pack say 2-3 although depends what you call a coat as well i call a coat 2 passes with the can I did a similar thing on my wagon ages ago but only one coat so they weren't as white, the stuff has stayed on for 2years plus with no problems, but take some iso alcohol to it and it will rub straight off <----Good if you mess up the first coat cos you didn't clean it properley
  16. Least I got pants on
  17. meh thats what fuses are for they go poppy before the wire melts
  18. Nah he hasn't done it just got a black car, hence I thought it would look cool if all you saw at the back was the two round lights. yeh I only noticed the reflection when I put the pics up on here and sif put a top back on, i'm preparing my beach body
  19. Yeah thats exactly what I thought, looked at them before and after and they actually ook pretty similar in brightness. I might put some higher wattage ones in though cos they are a bit dull. oh the joys of an electronic flasher
  20. Got bored this afternoon so decided to try this. Had the idea following Dezz on the last cruise, I reckon it looks alright will see what it's like at night though. I wanted to take the reflector out of the outside light as well so at night you just see the two circles but wasn't game enough to for fear of breaking the lense. With the indicator on...put an electronic flasher in as well so they flash at the right speed now as well might use them a bit more now Did this a few weeks ago but finished it off today as well. Oh the joys of 4on 4off shift work
  21. Didn't know they made specific lights for drifiting.....or 10,000 volt ones
  22. meh hughesy is alright, kate is the moron.
  23. narp water temp gauge on the dash works.....

  25. Hmmm there too much stuff in my engine bay that isn't plugged in or doesn't look factory, damn modified cars.....
