  1. I heard RE-11 are good in wet conditions.
  2. Got a picture? I want to see the clearance/fit.
  3. Swap cap with your mate for a day. 88kPa seems a bit low.
  4. Got any in 275/35/18 x4? If not, 265/35/18 x4 posted to Sydney?
  5. R34 Brembos (I'm assuming V35/Z33 as well) have 14mm bolts. Easily fixed with some helicoils and new M12x1.5 bolts (I got spare helicoils laying around).
  6. The Russians are onto you.
  7. http://page22.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/l240802262 Ask Jesse Streeter to buy that for you and send it over.

  9. Drive the car until the needle gets to E, then full tank with Mobil (7Eleven) 98RON fuel . Front number plate/bumper has no effect on your engine man.
  10. Put them up on a site like tinypic, imgur, etc.
  11. R32s had a few bodykit options.
  12. Someone from the R31SC got one made up, similar to the Gibson one, was about $2k.
  13. I'd be surprised if they were different.
  14. Nice work, massive difference aye. Yeah the damn glass diffuses the output, I have like multiple cutoff and orange/yellow-ing. I also found the driver's side projector to be pointing too much to the driver's side (from factory?).
  15. Surprise surprise, another R32 issue that was wiring/earthing related.
  16. Try Intima SR Liam. I think that's the one that's on A1RM level but better or something?
  17. Nicely done. They are R32 projectors, but the basic process is the same for all headlights (open, chop/cut/fabricate/modify for a clean fit and adjustability, re-assemble, enjoy).
  18. I remember reading about someone with a high HP engine had Splitfires break down at high revs, swapped to genuine OEM and it ran fine.
  19. I went through two sets of "good" second hand OEM coils before getting Yellow Jackets. If my car was my daily, and I had the choice of running YJ for $400 or OEM for $800+, I'd go YJ because 1. my car is standard, 2. I can get the YJ in a couple of days, whereas who knows when the OEM ones would come. If I was running 20psi on a build motor, I wouldn't even consider anything less than OEM. Like I said, my set has been flawless for 2 years daily driving + two track days, yet people have had bad experiences with them almost instantly. It is what it is, a cheap alternative. People had good results with them as well, obviously not on high output motors. I'm not saying YJ are better than X (I'm not affiliated with them, not endorsing them), what I'm trying to do is give audience of this thread (a public forum) a view from a non-built-motor perspective. People with faulty YJ coils had good replacement experiences as well. This post is for the poor/tight arses who are looking to spend minimal but have something that'll (hopefully) last a bit longer than something even cheaper. But these days OEM is a lot cheaper, so if I were to buy a set now, I'd get OEM. If that is legit original, then great buy! I'm guessing seller got it from UAE? Wonder why they're $50 from there, but $100+ from Japan.
  20. From my experience, stock application it works fine. So if your car is stock, and you need new coils, would you buy fake OEM coils or yellow jackets (assuming you can't spend more than $500).
  21. Exactly, you get what you pay for. But why risk buying ebay "Nissan" coils for $300 when you can get Yellow Jackets with local support/warranty, the seller being an active member on this forum? (that's my point) Anyway... http://nissan.epc-data.com/skyline/ecr33/3915-rb25det/engine/220/22433/
  22. Genuine? Cheaper than yellow jackets? http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/406879-coilpack-replacement-bang-for-buck-what-works-the-best/#entry6484679 http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/187108-jjr-coil-packs-vs-oem-vs-splitfire-vs-other/page-21#entry7236243 Have a search around here, someone did a comparison of fake Nissan coil packs vs. real ones. FYI, even though my GT-R runs off the factory actuators (so ~12psi), the Yellow Jackets have been working fine for 2+ years, lots of km plus two track days. I run 1.1mm gapped spark plugs. People had YJ coils fail, people had Splitfire ones fail as well. Plenty of info around here to make up your own mind.
