  1. That's good to hear. I didn't get paid last week (grr) so didn't have money to put bids on (not for the grange of course). Just noticed my car looks heaps better in these pictures than real life hahaha. Good camera and camera work .
  2. My phone pictures: http://s50.photobucket.com/user/niZmO_Man/slideshow/SAU%20R32%2025th%20Anniv%20Cruise

  4. One point: position your car for the corner coming up, once your car is in the corner, think about the next one. Sort of hard to explain, but works well on the track (especially on S bends).
  5. Back in the day the SS595 were good for the price. Not so much these days.
  6. More grip than what my car ever had hahaha. Alignment settings?
  7. Whoops, didn't finish my sentence. Was meant to say "I'll buy a pack of name tags so people can use them as well".
  8. They're not a track day tyre. They are not that good in the rain, then I had them, I had to warm them up in the wet on the roads (very annoying). There are better tyres out there for the price (e.g. KU31).
  9. I've done Marulan. Hey we have the same gear knob! Don't cross arms. I'd bring my 'leading hand' across then rotate, so mid corner my hands are sort of straight. What tyres do you have?
  10. I'm going to buy a name tag for the next event. I'm socially retarded so I wouldn't mind putting some faces to names/cars.
  11. ^ Thanks for the share. I've driven past them many times but never went in. I might check them out once the GT-R is sorted.
  12. Woo my car sneaked in at the end Well done to Eric for running around organising the shoot.
  13. Noice. Can't wait until September to see this thing thrash around a race track.
  14. So immaculate! Glad I got to see it in real life.
  15. Blown LEDs are blown. Get a new, better kit.
  16. Tried a different AFM and CAS?
  17. Thanks to everyone involved in organising and running today, it went pretty smoothly. Lots of very nice machines turned up. Was a good day.
  18. When you brake, the weight transfers to the front tyres (simply physics), so you'd want more stopping power up front. Especially on a nose heavy car like the Skyline. I think the group buy was done through Import Monster, they might be able to get some. They wouldn't be more than $2k. Or you can grab an Autech kit from Just Jap.
  19. Take your car for a spin on the weekend → some arse hat rams into you. What happens then? If you're prepared for that loss, then don't worry about full comp. I was 25 when I got the insurance; my GT-R is insured for $15k with mods for a tickle over $1k p/a with LSV (limited use, garaged).
  20. Grab the D2 big brake kit or Alcons from the UK.
  21. got to tinypic.com and upload it there, put the forum/bbcode links in here.
