I’ve been told 2 weeks and I’ll be very surprised if it only take that long. I’m guessing minimum a month do you know if they’ve even started on it? -

No just doing the bay, i should have said the whole bay is going back to bare metal. The paint on the rest of the car is good -

had to get some attention on the pulling jig due one of the workshops it went to using the tow point as a jacking point and bending it. It’s perfectly straight now though the they started taking the paint off the engine bay, the whole thing will be going back to bare metal -

I’ve been looking at doing this myself and was going to go to a wrecker and cut one off but this seems like a better option -

No sticking to the 6466 and going up a housing size on the rear, it’ll run a 9 and be a great street car
-
My decision has been made, there were other people interested as well and im letting them know what I was told
-
Only repeating what the man who has done it before said to me

Back onto the topic of billet turbos instead of billet blocks i was at a dyno day at jem early this month and decided to ask Adam about the 6870 2.8 combo while I was there, he said it should make 650kw at the wheels and be all in at 4500

I’ve been looking at one of those blue plates myself, how long between ordering and receiving did it take? -
Colorado and he got off light with an 18k fine
-
Everyone who said this was all a scare tactic and nothing would come from it, the EPA has been coming down very hard in the USA including handing out huge fines to car at Rocky Mountain race week. so again I ask do you believe this will come to Australia and will it mean the end of modifying our cars
-
He also said his cast block which fixes all the rb26 blocks issues should be out by the end of the year. I for one am keen to see it
-
He didn't say an exact number, just big power. Mine cracked the deck in 3 spots with 485kw at the wheels but that was only an unopened engine with head studs fitted
-
26 blocks are common for cracking the deck, talking to Herman from prp said even full prepped all high power 26 blocks will crack eventually

If they’re the same the only way I can see them working is with a single throttle body billet manifold, I wanted to replace the factory studs for the individual throttle bodies -

I bought the titanium inlet and exhaust studs but they both look the same, are yours the same as well?
