  1. I was up Old Pac about 2 weeks ago and it was fine. There was a freshly gravelled section of road there a while ago but it all seemed fine now. As long as you dont drive too close to the car infront you'll never get chips.... I hope we can get this together cos i still havent been out with you guys yet....
  2. Suggestion: Meet at Berowra Mobil or Maccas at Thornleigh and do an Old Pac run - up to Terrigal - do a lap (or not) come back to Peats Ridge (see if any runs are a go-go) then home?? Old Pac is good cos you can actually "drive" your car....
  3. Tacking on a rider to the whole Nurburgring lap record debate- according to the info i have at hand the current lap record at the Nordschleif (spelling) is 7:32.5s set by a 2001 Gemballa GTR600 (read: modified Porsche) driven by Wolfgang Kauffman. However i have a feeling that this record may have been surpassed since then by another Porsche offshoot possibly the Gemballa GTR750 or RUF R Turbo.
  4. Aluminium R32 GTR bonnet, must be BLACK and in immaculate condition. OR R32 GTR carbon fibre bonnet in immaculate condition PM me with any details....
  5. My mate's dad's Gen III Caprice does one wheel burnouts too... No matter how you stall it up or whatever it'll only leave one black mark... Makes ppl think a moto has done a hell burnout
  6. Springs taken off an R32 GTST with low kilometres. Ive had a few people look at them and they dont appear to be the stockers - possibly lowered an inch i would suggest. I have recently put Kings under my car so im looking to sell the ones i replaced. They are in good condition. Offers of around $100 - PM with your offers...
  7. I have all of them and i reckon they're pretty good. Forget number 6 it's garbage but i reckon number 5 (released late last year) is the goods. As are 1,2,3, and 4 for that matter....
  8. These threads rock - i hate Holdens as much as the next person - but i unlike many others have had ownership experience - and let me tell you they are garbage. But it is horses for courses. It's a free-world. Just dont expect to get into heaven if you have a love for Commonwhores. RB25, why are XR6Ts shitboxes? I see youve put forward some good evidence....
  9. Damn 4 yrs from today... im busy that day..... oh well, it's a pity cos my V7 Rotary-powered Skyline has lumpy cams and forged pistons - more than a match for his NOS-equiped, yet to be built sack....
  10. Benny PM sent champ.... ill take em thx... PM with details...
  11. Just clarifying the Pagani Zonda issue, they are not powered by a motorcycle engine but a Mercedes V12. There is the Zonda C12 (6.0litre) C12S (7.0litre), and C12S 7.3. The C12S 7.3 is the most powerful and quickest: * 7.3L AMG V12 engine * 6spd manual RWD * 414Kw/555bhp * 749Nm * 1350kg (3.26Kg/Kw) * 0-60mph = 3.6s * Top Speed 220mph
  12. Man that looks wicked!!! So much cleaner... Love the pods too - glad to see they could be revived!!!
  13. Sorry to hear it dude - ive seen this car around the Ryde area. Hearing this just brings it a little bit closer to home - like say on my doorstep. Hopefully like URMINE, it is recovered and in reasonable condition. Post pics so everyone knows what to look for. What more can we do to stop this epidemic?
  14. there was another thread on this a while back - i think it ended up at a deadend aswell... i too was keen to get a set
  15. pics to [email protected] please i have a mate who's after a white R32...
  16. The sensible option would be an S14 - newer and fully supported within Australia parts wise etc. However i havent had any difficulties in getting parts/service and prices have been fine for my R32. Personally i think both cars in stock form look ordinary. Done up (visually) 200s look more like show cars, R32s go cars. Pic the 200SX cos i want some exclusivity in having a '32 - not many round here... hehe Btw i agree 200s dont sound as tough as some R32s - mine is virtually stock and it sounds mean...
  17. I just got that email too - and was in awe of that weapon.... Pity about the CAMS licence - although its probably sensible that only someone with measured driving ability is allowed to buy it....
  18. free *bump* It is immaculate and like no other....
  19. I read that article too and drooled and cried - how could they just let them sit there in the elements....? If they came up for sale now surely they'd sell for big dollars, HKS could recoup all their investment.... Hopefully someone else can add to this thread....
  20. If i had the money i would sell my car and pay you cash to make up the difference....I LOVE THIS CAR there's one thing i remember most about this car apart from the rare-as bodykit, the tight-as-a-schoolgirl gearbox!!!! This car would be a weapon to drift, drag or drive!! Goodluck with the sale... Can you post some pics, or email me some please at: [email protected] i want to have a perve again
  21. Are you mates with SIRMX6? And is the this car white? If so i know this machine ladies and gentlemen and let me tell you it is awesome!!
  22. I know what you mean aybee but apparently thats just the weight shifting within the tyre - anyway hella clever - pity it couldnt have been for a better car.....
  23. Serious?? BOVs cause sh#t fuel consumption? Ive never thought about it. I use to get 450-520km when i first got the car (stock BOV) but now im lucky with 350km and currently its half tank and im on 144km!!!!!!!! Ive now got a TurboSmart V-Port II (sounds wicked) but could it be the cause of bad consump?!
  24. Good stuff eh?? Did you hear that there's no trick photography in the wheel rolling uphill - they're actually specially weighted.... very cool... blurry vid quality tho
