  1. I'm not sure if you can change the cam angle in the tomei (i was under the impression that it is a fixed), however the lower the angle cam will result in mild locking characteristics, also it will reduce the chattering characteristic of L.S.D.s, reducing unexpected motion changes and increasing stability, allowing it to be used enjoyably on the street. Nismo lsd GT lsd are all 55 degree cam angle apart from the PRO TT which uses a 45 Cam angle So in short if you can reduce the cam angle it will still be a 2way but be more street friendly
  2. thanks have rolled rear and front. currently running 17x9j +38 but didn't like the offset so went for something from a gtr, will post up pics when they come (eta 6-8weeks lol) also run -3degrees front camber and i think -1 on the rear
  3. anyone run 17x9.5j + 12 on a r33 gts-t?
  4. price from AP is $220 inc GTS with bore size from 15.9mm to 25.4mm not bad if you ask me
  5. the rails are real bride.
  6. Over $500 i don't call cheap, Waiting on a email reply from an AP dealer over east to see what a ap master will cost if it same price i would much rather an ap as you can pick your bore size and thanks paul

  8. Hi, I think its about time i upgrade my brake master cylinder, Im running AP Racing CP5200 calipers on the front. running std r33 gts-t (non-abs) master. I was thinking about upgradeing to the R32 GTR VSPEC 2 master but im not happy to pay over $500 from nissan for a stock item. I have been looking on the AP website and they sell alot of masters, i was wondering if anyone would be able to put me in the right direction on what would be best for my application and what i would need to make it fit? http://www.compfriction.com.au/master_cyli...er_cylinder.php
  9. Hi I'm after contact details for any AP RACING dealers in perth, i remember years ago Ken @ hyperdrive gave me contact details of a dude who got in alot of ap racing stuff from the US (off ex races cars etc), he sold alot of his stuff on ebay too however i can't find his details anymore. If it matters im trying to get an ap racing brake master cylinder or something custom for my r33, as i don't like the price tag that nissan puts on the r32 gtr vspec 2 master (i can only use that one)

  15. Hi Just wondering if i need to add some more oil since im running a HKS R Type oil cooler. I know std rb25 is 5.5L with filter but i am now running a s15 filter (its smaller) and the extra lines for the cooler thanks
  16. Gordon if i am down there (finger cross the car will be ready), i am more than happy to help you out (think i meet you maybe once at beyond custom). I will have a jack and plenty of tools. just come down and say hi my name is Michael and i have the grey r33 (evl r33)
  17. if its your 1st time out then will send you out the back of the track to do some practice work (around cones etc, till you feel your ready to head out onto the track). Come with a full tank of fuel and that will last you for the night (there are afew fuel stops about 5-10mins from the track). one set of rims (rears only) should be plenty for your 1st time, i say you wouldn't even need to change them at the end of the time (depends on what size you plan to run) best bet is just have your drift rims and then your normal drive home rims. cost $60 for cams (once a year, Only need lvl 2 non-speed) $250 for wascc license (once a year) $60 for the practice $40 for Fire Extinguisher (can get from supercheap etc) Go Gear have the tow and battery stickers ($10 or $15) And the main thing is just to have fun =) and remember you don't have to go out onto the track unless you feel you are ready! hopefully will have my car ready for the feb prac
  18. for what it cost to do the rb26 plenum swap, he is better off just using a 26 head. and i would know as i have done the plenum swap. i was always under the impression that the 26 was superior and it flow and shit load better than the 25 head
  19. yes it fits, if i remember right you just need to tap out the head stud holes in the block as the 26 head use larger ones than the rb25 (or it could be the other way around) personally i think rb26 head is far better than the rb25

  22. i had BP98 in my tank for over 6months; car started 1st go and was tuned on that 6months old fuel with no issue. fuel does not go stale that quick
  23. AHG never had drift training... they use to allow abit of drifting till people took it too far and now they have come down hard on it. be warn you will need to double check if you are allowed to drift at tuning days, barbagallo is pretty tight on when you can do drifting
  24. At the drift practice, if it is your first time to the track they send you out the back of the long straight were they have sent up cones to do some circle work and teach you the basics (there are 4+ trainers, which are just fellow drifters)
