  1. I still have not received anything. I requested the knob be sent to my work address so someone is here from 7am to 7pm each night to receive goods. John can you please PM me the details so I can confirm the address is listed correctly. Thanks.
  2. Still nothing...
  3. Still nothing.
  4. Really sorry to hear the cruise ended this way. I hope you have a rapid, pain free and compete recovery Drew. My heart goes out to the driver of the other car.
  5. Can't even make the meet point now, bugger! Looks like a great day for a cruise too. Have fun everyone. Take lots of photos.
  6. Can't go on the cruise now as have shite to do but will take my white GTR that's for sale to the meet point for anyone who's interested to have a look at.
  7. Will take the car so the cruise meet point one this Sunday for people who want to have a look. Can't go on the cruise now. PM for location details.
  8. Nothing yet...
  9. It's a leather gear knob... I doubt that it will shine.
  10. Have to confirm it yet but aiming to get a 2005 Porsche 911 Carrera S.
  11. That was actually pretty funny. I was at the back and was wondering why we were all going so slow. I'm keen to attend this cruise. I need some practise before I head over to the Nurburgring. Please forward a PM my way.
  12. Hey Smurf, I'll sell you my Bentley for a bit over $50,000. Nowhere near as common as a C200 and much more impressive. I impress clients by having multiple cars. One guy this week commented that he'd never been in the same car twice with me. He loved my little Peugeot 205 GTI. Just because they're in $2,000 suits doesn't mean they can't appreciate a good car, regardless of the brand.
  13. These are the tyres for those who don't know how good Toyo Proxes T1R are http://www.toyo.com.au/proxes%20t1-R%20page.htm Am leaving for Germany in 4 weeks and would love some extra spending money. Will consider all reasonable offers.
  14. Still knobless
  15. Helmet Club membership Advanced driving lessons CAMS lisence Course/track entry fee New brake pads, rotors, lines & quality brake fluid (Another) set of track tyres
  16. ***Price Drop*** $23,800 Guys this car has new Toyo T1Rs, new clutch, new platnium spark plugs, new battery, new upper control arm bushes & new brake pads. That's alot of maintenance items you won't need to replace for some time. The body is straight and clean - no dents.
  17. I second what Sydneykid said. How long are you planning to run with the 17s before going to the 18s? How many km do you expect to travel in that time? The tyres may (I have doubts) be okay if only driven to and from work... but why own a GTR if that's the only driving you're going to do. I've never driven a car with these tyres, but I've been a passenger many times in a WRX that had them & thought that they were rubbish.
  18. Saw a nice white 33 GTS-T last night about 11pm on North Easr Rd heading towards town. Had Vic plates which may have been chosen to read from the rear view mirror - execpt they said the wrong model.
  19. I've been around... on the forum at least. But I haven't been on a cruise since the grey GTR's front passenger coilover seized on the late night cruise we did to Gawler a few months ago. Since then it has lay dormant waiting for new coilovers (turned out the rear driver's side one had seized as well). I went to check point 3 (BP South Rd, St Marys) in the white GTR for the Victor cruise (which had the best turn out I've seen for a SAU event) but didn't go on the actual cruise. Now I can mingle with the 'lines again.
  20. I only replaced the front rotors but put new brake pads on both front and rear. I don't know if the rotors can be machined to fit a 33 in a 4 stud pattern. The old rotors are gone. They were under 28mm thick and therefore not street legal.
  21. I'm selling the white GTR. This thread was refering to the grey one. My bad... I should have stated that. I jump in the white GTR after using the Pug as a daily driver and think "F**k this is a great car" Now I can jump in the grey one again and just start giggling. I love this car!
  22. Yay for me. After a couple of months waiting for me to choose coilovers and save some $ (I get paid monthly) my GTR is finally back on the road with some new goodies. GReddy Type S coilovers dba 4000 slotted rotors + Ferodo DS2500 pads Tyre rotation Wheel alignment Dyno tune producing 248.5 rwkW at Boost Worx Now I just have to wait for this double demerit point long weekend to be over and go for some hill runs.
