Don't forget Mothers Day is coming up on the 14th of May... These make the perfect gift, a potential $10,000+ worth for only $60
-
Perhaps that little book about stock imports and what they look like/whatever has done nothing but confuse them haha.
-
Well it'd be nice if he could come back and resize the pics first Personally I'd never heard of the shop in question until this post so he's doing more advertising than anything... even bad advertising is good advertising, right?
-
Stealthr33: if this had been my experience, the last thing I would want is someone arguing with me about what had happened. There IS always two sides to the story and this is only one side of it, however, it's not a very constructive post either way. Perhaps you have some affiliation with the shop in question?

did you pay with cash or eftpos/credit card? A bank statement is the legal equivalent of a receipt, so if you paid by card then ripping up a tax invoice isn't going to help them much. Legally they don't even have to give you a refund if you 'change your mind'.. however if the product is faulty or is 'not fit for its intended purpose' or breaks far sooner than it should, they are legally bound to refund you or replace it if you agree. However with the verbal and physical assault, I would be inclined to make a report to the police, press charges and make a complaint to consumer affairs. http://www.consumer.vic.gov.au/

Roadside Mower = Hole In Car...
Kaz200 replied to Dragonforce's topic in General Automotive Discussion
do you guys know what happens when you hit something on the road (may have been a huge rock or a piece of tyre, unsure but heard the bang) and it buckles your rim and pushes out your tyre sidewall?! Luckily the wheel got pulled off that night, so it was noticed before it blew out on the freeway at 100k/hr.. But still, unsure of all details except for the exact spot/road, do you think there's much chance of compensation to fix it? Can get photos of the damage but it'd be hard to prove exactly where and when it happened because it wasn't even a pothole and who is responsible for road rubbish/tyres etc? -
if he's going to the chocolate factory he better be stopping in melb on the way back!

Alright! Books in hand I also have a display book which will be available for viewing at the next SAU meeting on the 16th May. For those that haven't seen the books, you can also search through the offers here: Greater Melbourne (every single offer is in each melbourne book) Also comes in handy when you're in a huge rush & you want to search for a restaurant or specific cuisine nearby.

Northern Suburbs Monthly "breakfast Of Champions" Meet
Kaz200 replied to funkymonkey's topic in Victoria
Sleeping through breakfast is such a *snore ah har You're all slackers -
you have to be careful when parking like that.. some utter tools have been known to key/scratch cars parked like that caus they think it's rude/arrogant and don't understand the reasoning behind it (probably caus they have a low IQ). Personally I'm more inclined to keep driving up 50 billion ramps til you reach the top or where it's alot emptier and just park as far away from the stairs/lift/shop entrance as possible. Chris where do you work? ....

you guys seriously need to put the sau chicks/girlfriends on your car(s) next time.. they're all way hotter than the promo girls pictured with Pauls car. congrats on the trophies.. some very nice cars there

I also had that happen but then received my order shortly thereafter with no customs invoice attached so don't stress too much yet. I'd give it another day or two then ring Customs.

kamikaze: there's definately more than one situation that can occur with a faulty afm so theres no need to argue with me.
-
doesn't move? Try having a faulty afm and having it stall on freeways at 100km/hr. A faulty AFM does not (only) mean the car doesn't move. Also when my idle was hunting it was because it was running too lean Anyway we have a consult plug here also if you want to come and hook it up. Cheers, Kaz
-
did you get it retuned after the fuel pump swap? sounds like not enough fuel on idle or afm is faulty.
