  1. maybe they should hold 1 short race a season (no fuel stop, one set of option tyres) as a demo where all the drivers drive exactly the same car, including suspension and alignment settings (some sort of f1 'control' car), and ballast them up so the weights are a dead match, and then we really seperate the men from the boys shame it'll never happen...

  13. why? if the turbo's are already at the limit of their compressor efficiency (highly likely given Nissan obviously wanted the target power with the lowest transient response times possible), winding in 25% more boost isn't going to add 25% more power due to the fact the tiny wheels just rapidly start heating the air (and lowering the charge density) instead. i really doubt it- given the quality control and ultra-high accuracy of the tolerances, i'd be surprised if you saw factory-spec VR38's running outside of + or - 5hp at the fly when tested under identical engine-dyno conditions

  15. so you modify the manifold to accept another set of injectors. any limitations beyond that? what sort of hp/cylinder are the current range of injectors capable of delivering? the thought of a big power RB running reliably on straight liquid LPG makes me all happy in pants

  20. Save for any mad acco that sees him out for some races, I can't see Button losing the WDC this year, and after only 6 rounds Can't see the team losing the constructors title either, really. The Brawn GP procession is getting a bit tedious though...
