  3. The factory gauges are a known early fail item (i guess some 32 GT-Rs are almost 20 now though ) Like others have said, test it with a good mech gauge somewhere. If the oil pump is stuffed, your engine most definately would sound like it too by now.

Hey guys My pulsar seems to be a little 'surgey' in most gears if you try and run with light throttle openings between 2000-3500rpm- i can only describe it as like gently getting on and off the gas, 'cept the throttle position doesn't change. It pulls cleanly if you floor the throttle (even in high gears from low revs), and has no trouble revving out to redline with ur foot flat. I changed the spark plugs and air filter today, and the dizzy and leads should be fine given it's smoothness when revving out. Before i take it to Ultratune or somesuch, any one ever had a similar problem? I'm thinking it's got something to do with the TPS or A/F meter. Cheers

  12. 275 in 17 will be an extremely expensive tyre (unless you buy linglongkangwhatevah garbage). Just get 235-255 and be done with it (the 275's may buzz the guards on a lowered 32 anyway if you have lower offset wheels).

  18. +1 You really don't wanna know about German performance cars unless they have done low kays and have been maintained -meticulously- well. An M3 worth owning would cost heaps more than anything else on ur list.

  21. so the fuel system doesn't get air in it due to the sloshing fuel in the tank, given the high rates of tank scavenge in big hp applications (and the sorts of driving such cars are used for)
