Still got hdi piping kit?

I am after just the hot side 2.5" cooler pipe with or without silicon hoses from cooler core to inside engine bay like the right side of the picture; No damage preferred and color does not matter. I do not require the full piping kit so hopin someone might have this spare pipe lying around. Pm me, cheers

To whoevers interested, this is very cheap! Jez, what did you do with the turbo oil return? Did you use the standard rb25 one or did you use the one supplied in the kando kit?

Dam Jez you work fast, my next track day won't be until the 8th of feb so trying to get the car with the new turbo setup ready by then is pushing it I think lol

freddy plenum or any front facing plenum is not needed for high mount. stick with 44mm tial gate as its proven already, no 38mm jobs so far but you never know, you may be the first to get it working and holding boost properly with the t67.. i wouldn't go ebay s/s high mount just yet, wait to see how long Jez's manifold lasts before jumping on ebay and getting one.

no need to block it on the gate, just leave it as is, as no water is going in

good idea, i shall get started after the new year once i get all the parts. cars booked in for 16th Jan.

found that ARTZ used a 10mm spacer and it "just" cleared. might go 15mm for peace of mind. so new update part list: 10-15mm spacer (up to you what size you want to get) $30 new exhaust manifold studs & nuts x12 ea (if needed) $110~ (nissan) or generic stuff from local exhaust place ($50~) - this is optional but if you break a stud or round one, you will need to replace them but it is a good thing to replace them all anyway and is cheap insurance that your studs won't break or round.

to all whos fitting one low mount, where did you get the extended manifold > turbo studs & 10mm spacer from? otherwise what thread pitch is it so i can ask around at auto spares. cheers

oh no you didnt... yeah MVR gate on ebay was the cheapast i saw $410 del (that seller is away till 8/1/12 btw) then next is $440 @ powertune.com.au i got mine second hand.for $300 del. BSA is doing the mod to the manifold for me, his pics are below of the one he did on his car and looks like the standard splitter is still in place

modded the stock manifold to suit 44mm v-band ext gate, running either a tial mvr or turbosmart hyper gate tbh, i think after all the costs add up, it will be about the same price if not cheaper than a HG unit fitted. turbo with lines (can sell for $$ if not needed) $740 gate $300 modded manifold $220 dump + screamer $150 intake $150 = $1560~ (say $1650 for gaskets/bolts/nuts/studs etc) HG turbo on its own is $1500 + delivery + custom intake + either use OEM lines (needs massaging to fit) or need braided stuff ($$), fk around with the dump/front pipe issue melting the aircon hose.
