hi guys, im after either a) stock RB20/25 cast iron turbo exh manifold or b) aftermarket low mount manifold and a 40mm/42mm/44mm external gate with Vband fittings (preferred but open to other suggestions). If you got any of the above that im after, feel free to post here or send me a PM. manifold must be located in Sydney, but the ext gate will buy from interstate if buyer is happy to ship it to me. thanks.

so i spoke to Yavuz @ Unigroup engineering about his experience with tuning a TD06SL2-20G on a 25 some of his comments were: - a very good turbo even tho it is old technology, its still on par with current range garretts etc - tuned a few on rb25s and all pulled anywhere from 250-310rwkw (deciding factors were because of intercooler or hi-flow cat choices which caused restrictions etc) - need at least 18psi to see real results and when they perform best heres a dyno chart i found on of r33 rb25 with a td06-20g that pulled 300rwkw @ 17.5psi - so looking very promising if you have a decent pacakge that works well, you can net at least 280rwkw minimum.

Setup will be similar to artz; Stock Mani Gate welded to rear housing (size to be determined by my tuner either 40 or 44mm) 600cc hi flows Walbro fuel pump Haltech ps1000 running map sensor Forged bottom end rb25 neo Standard cams but VCT will be switched off. Still got no idea why it's grinding when VCT engages Will be interesting to see of this makes 280rwkw + on 1.4/1.5bar

It was. 8cm rear housing, that's why haha now back on the hunt again for results with a 10cm.

I found results on a rb25 with a gtpumps sl2-20g and it only pulled around 235rwkw on 98. That's a pretty poor result tbh.
