  1. i did read thats why i said what happened to him cause he said he was gonna cmoe back after he retunes and chasing more? lol who wants to try this? slightly bigger then td06sl2 so will get same response, but more power and smaller then a t67-25g. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Kinugawa-3-Turbocharger-TD06H-20G-T3-Flange-12cm-/290648423988?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item43abfefe34
  2. what ever happened to the dude with the auto R33 GTST, never heard back from him since he said he was gonna go get it tuned. i think his username is OMY something?
  3. will be good to compare ARTZ results with mine as i'm running a forward facing plenum & no VCT, so will be interesting to see the differences
  4. mine will be tuned on 98 octane in Feb if all goes according to plan, so for all your kiddies waiting on some dyno results, not long to go damn all you E85 guys!
  5. doesnt look as good on an orange indicator like it does on a clear indicator
  6. fmic $500 2nd hand gcg hiflow $1000 nistune supply, install & tune $1000 = $2500 dont forget the new gaskets and any studs that may break during installation. would need at least $3500 minimum for 250rwkw range. he will need turbo back exhaust, fuel pump, injectors and Z32 afm to maximise the highflow.
  7. correct me if im wrong but the 32 and 33gtr never had built in oil restrictors as their turbos were never BB from factory unlike the 34 gtr. i used a 0.8mm restrictor on my banjo bolts for the oil line on the turbo whcih i got from kando dyanmic on ebay.
  8. i noticed it being much lighter. 1-2kg is still lighter the last time i checked? i wouldn't say the r34 gtr bonnet is VERY light, more like the r32 GTR bonnet is what i call - VERY light.
  9. no, i am not running -4 camber or more. its around -2 or less the last time i checked when i had a wheel alignment. you guys might be talking about -4 camber both sides in total, i'm talking about per wheel.
  10. damn, the shop who did this work for you is laughing all the way to the bank. you can get an off the shelf complete jap kit for this price.
  11. do a search about this, its the oldest trick in the book and has been around for awhile now. it's a scam.
  12. I am not tucking rim as but the tyre is just under the guard.
  13. I usually test with springs still in, you will notice whether it's dead as it won't spring back up normally. I think sydneykid did a thread about buying second hand suspension and what to look for. Have a search for it if u can
  14. Cf z tune copy bonnet was much lighter then the oem Gtr r34 bonne when I felt them both to compare., for full track car, I'd go the cf bonnet. For the street, stick to oem. It only gives you extra rep cool points for running a cf bonnet on the street
  15. Some before an after pics and pricing will help get him some business.
  16. Um read the posts above they're saying to go for smaller tyre for stretch. I'd go 265 minimum on "10, stretch is cool and all but I'd rather better traction over coolness.
  17. Whys everyone advising against 265 on the rear? I'm running 265/35/18 on. 10" +25 with rolled guards, no issues at all. If you like the stretched look then go smaller and be cool. If you want to utilize the benefits of wider tyre and get more traction then go wider.
  18. Push down on the shock from the top mount, and check to see if it sprIngs back up normally. If it hesitates or springs up slowly like as if it's stuck, then they're fkd so I wouldn't touch them.
  19. Dont listen to these guys, regarding rear fitment. I'm running 18x10 +25 with 265/35/18 on the rear and there's no scrubbing, guards have been rolled. +15 to +20 will make it a flush fit I reckon, without going spastic camber as well. Fronts I got 9.5" +30 with 235/40/18 and they stick out a bit so some camber will fix that and only scrubbthe splash gaurd on full lock. if you got wider guards (Gtr guards) u can squeeze the 10" in with a 245/40/18. I'll be fitting my Gtr guards soon and gonna trial fit the 10" on the front and see how fitment goes.
  20. its easy to mod the greedy manifold to suit the turbo flange anyway 33GTRV, jez; hoping mine will be tuned by end of Jan.
  21. No need for wheel alignment, jus undo the bolts from the hub and align the s/wheel till its straight or close to centre and rebolt back to hub lol Hope it all goes well for ya. But by the looks of things, it will be a killer once boost is set up properly and on a small budget as well, good work mate.
  22. btw, realign that dam steering wheel lol looks like it bakes 3rds real easy, you can see the amount of smoke in the driver side mirror. i cannot wait to get mine installed, tuned and running
  23. Fk That's a awesome vid Jez, looks like the cars got so much more potential. We're you running 17s or 18s?
  24. any pics of this modded oil return?
