  1. Do you have the "Power button" on. If I have mine on then it will do what you have described. Also check your transmission fluid levels as low levels can cause this.
  2. Screemer pipes are illegal, as they dont let the exhaust gasses pass through the cat. I am not sure if you will get away with it as Vic Roads are usually switched on to those things as they look out for them. Just might wanna dodgy somthing up to hide the pipe that goes nowhere.
  3. Zillmere is on the northside of Brisbane, about 20mins down Sandgate road from New Farm. Go to http://www.atsperformance.com.au for contact details. And do a http://www.whereis.com.au search for Zillmere road at Zillmere to get directions to Allstar and everywhere else around Brisbane.
  4. I would reccomend Allstar tuning systems at Zillmere, Richard does all that and is very good with skyline transmissions.
  5. For the "fuel wise" people Holden will eventually be offering a Diesel engine for the VE commodore. I wonder what the specs will be like!
  6. www.whereis.com.au is all you need
  7. I did too, They were on the other side of the road getting both sides as there was no speed camera in use sign! Who else did as I am sure that we aint the only ones.
  8. Happy Birthday Shane!!
  9. Who says we have to have a cef in it hehe
  10. Nope cause Bonnet and headlights are different on a Series 2 too. If you have the headlights and bonnet too then sure it will fit
  11. It was me Bryn, sorry dude, not for sale. Thanks again John. Chris
  12. I finally got a day off! So I will be at the Nudgee meet at 7:30. See you all then.

Get out the old Karma and wrap it around his head, or atleast his windscreen It happened to a friend of mine, all you need is the Rego and take it to the DOT fill out a stat dec form and get a JP to sign it. Then get his details take it to your insurance company and then get it fixed. Let the insurance company chase him.
  14. This is a bit tricky as it is best to use what he used before, I use Motul Turbolight 4100 and it works well in my car. See if there are any empty bottles left around the place that might be either Motul, Mobil 1 or maybe Penrite, if there are then that is most likely the oil that you will need to get. To get the oil filter just go to autobarn, or Repco and ask for a filter for your car models, thats all I do, or just look at the old filter and get the part numbers off it. I know it is not exacts, but I hope that this helps Chris
  15. Ill Come if there is a spare spot
  16. We should get together and create a SAU number plate, I know that the Chrysler owners club got some made through the DOT. Dunno how much, but it would be cool to have them.
  17. Alex, Mine arrived looks great, all I have to do now is install it. Thanks heaps Chris
  18. Here are a few things you will need; Gearbox Gearbox crossmember Tailshaft pedal assembley clutch master cylinder clutch slave cylinder clutch flywheel bell housing center console dash cluster computer some fluid lines manual spigot bush It all adds up plus labour, I thought about doing it but in the end I thought about $2500 on an auto rebuild would make it go harder then most manuals (with the same power of course) in a straight line. So if it is only straight line speed you want then Automatics are easier and change faster therefore loosing lees boost . I have also heard with a manual valve body on your transmission then you can put a PFC on it because it changes gears by itself not the computer. I also just bought a Davis Craig ATF cooler off of AlexCim in his group buy, I will be installing on the weekend. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...howtopic=111628 Chris
  19. First learn how it all works, get your hands on a copy of the book "maximum boost" by Corky Bell, this will pretty much give you an Idea on what you need to get BIG power out of turbo engines. I am half way through it and man is helping me understand the workings of turbos and how to read turbo graphs. It also is answering lots of questions that I wanted answered. 300rwkws is alot of power from an RB20, it has been done before but it will cost a fortune and you will have to sacrifice lots and lots of low end power to make it to 300rwkws it would be best if you really wanted to get that kind of power, you should do a RB25 or maybe even an RB30/25 conversion to get that power and have more low end power. Either way it will cost $10 000 +. I have been in a friends R32 with 190rwkws and it goes HARD. He has a Power FC, 3" Exhaust, FMIC, R33 hi-flowed turbo, injectors, Z32 afm, fuel pump and a few other mods I have forgotten about. 300kws is not that usable unless your suspension is setup correctly, and it does cost a fair bit to get it setup right. anyways thats my 2c. Chris
  20. For amps you cant go past the Jaycar Response range, they are the best "bang for buck" on the market. I really like the 4 x 100w Digital amps for splits and rears. And the 1500w Monoblock for subs. Much cheaper then the compition and just as good a quality. This is just from my experiance, others may disagree. Chris
  21. I have done a search for ROC strap and I cant seem to find it, could you please let me know where to get it from? Chris
  22. Are you going to upgrade your breaks to the 5 stud 4 piston GTST breaks? It would be a good idea to do that down the track.
  23. I like that kit Sedanlover as it s not over the top. Silver is a nice paint to keep clean and with metal specs it should kick ass. May I ask what kit that in on your Sedan?
  24. Mine is Dark Blue and I am wanting to paint it Midnight Purple (or XR6 Purple) as I havn't seen many 4 doors in that colour. If I go purple I will get white wheels that should look good.
