if you know someone or anyone
even a std one re-welded would be fine
mine is toast - ive lost all gears and im not competent enough to remove it myself
so i want a replacement one which ill take down to mechanics to swap over
The photos look great - for those interested we've been doing SAU VIC GOR cruise since 2003
I don't have photos from 2003/2004/2005 but I've got photos from 2006 and 2007.
2006 & 2007 were an overnight style cruise where we stayed just outside Apollo Bay and cruised to Port Campbell for the second day.

As you can see - a wide range of cars, colours and styles of photos
Next year we will be looking for something special and different as we've done the cars on the pier a few times in the past.
I love it, but we'll see what we can come up with next year. I wanted to try something new but couldn't come up with any alternate styles in a hurry.
Official event review will be coming up but just a little sneak peak...

i doubt it, most likely where you are sourcing the power from is the culprit
check the wiring diagrams and make sure you are sourcing 12v power and IGN from the right spot
defintely initialise it to clear the previous tune
where is the unit getting 12v power from
it needs time to save settings to NVRAM when the IGN power cuts out
be sure to note AFM setup is different
S1 is 4 wire AFM
S2 is 3 wire AFM
its the same phyiscal AFM , just S1 has ground and signal ground, where as S2 shares 1 ground
tuning can make the turbo come on more progressively and wake it up
but i think there is something missing to the puzzle, a tune will certinaly help
but i suspect theres another reason - check the basics
look for pipework leaks, cracked hoses, leaking vac lines etc
