  3. easy spots are the interior s1 dash surround is flat and bland s2 dash surround is bubbled and has a "finish" same applies to the dash cluster with the warning lights etc s1 dash warning lights are flat and black plain d2 dash warning lights are bevelled into the plastic and clear/crisp
  4. you can get intercooler kits for $500 supplied & fitted so think of it that way also i would expect around 1 hour to fit a boost controller, depending on the wiring and if the installer knows the unit etc
  5. its real
  6. sell it on ebay or throw it out its junk - why do you think you got it for free
  7. im in tullamarine
  8. does S1 have 5 seatbelts
  9. hey dave paul from the belgian good luck and see ya round
  10. if your maxing the injectors (100% duty) then you need larger injectors once you have that you need to tune the Air Fuel ratio - you need to understand AFR"s and what is safe and ideal etc then you need to learn how to do it on the powerfc hand controller - SETTING, INJ MAP
  11. if you run say a map sensor setup and my boost controller is set to say 18psi from the time my motor reaches 18psi until redline and i change gears, the pressure is always 18psi so the map sensor signal doesnt change, lets say its 2.2v which means 18psi so from 3500rpm to 7500rpm map1 is 2.2v and we run on 1dimension (rpm) tuning as load never changes if you run say a AFM sensor setup and my boost controller is set to say 18psi from the time my motor reaches 18psi until redline and i change gears, the pressure is always 18psi so the afm sensor signal changes all the way to redline (or until it maxes) as more and more air comes in depsite pressure being fixed at 18psi, pressure does not equal volume. so from 3500rpm to 7500rpm afm1 is 2.2v and increases slowly either until it peaks or maxes out so load will always increase - albeit very slowly, but it will until you max airflow for the engine or the afm sensor in the situation lets say you run a Z32 and peak it at 5v at say 4900rpm boost is still 18psi and hasnt changed and remains constant but more air is coming in and will keep doing so until redline AFM1 runs to 5.1v at 4900 and doesnt increase and remains at 5.1v until 7500rpm so from 4900 to 7500 we run 1dimensional tuning - just like the maps sensor there no unpredictable AFR's or "melt piston" style situations as the load axis doesnt increase but the RPM one does (same as the map sensor style)
  12. hi guram, 1. stop driving the car under load - its unsafe 2. get a new fuel pump, higher rated, either tomei, nismo, GTR pump, 044 3. upgrade your injectors 4. learn how to read AFR's and what they mean - plently of stuff on the internet 5. learn the basics of fuel injection tuning and what AFR's are safe etc 6. learn how to tune the powerFC (powerFC FAQ) 7. tune as needed
  13. http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Apexi-Power-FC-R33-...1QQcmdZViewItem http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Apexi-Power-FC-Niss...1QQcmdZViewItem http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Apexi-Power-FC-Niss...1QQcmdZViewItem http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Apex-Power-FC-Nissa...1QQcmdZViewItem http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Apex-Power-FC-Nissa...1QQcmdZViewItem
  14. who else is going to the west meet
  15. your engine is toast youve killed a cylinder or sometyhing - blown ringland etc when your coils die they misfire on boost/load but idle, run, and perform fine on cruise etc when it misfires on boost/load it sounds like popping/farting
  16. for the $ involved - look into 26 instead
  17. it will just be an area on the stock map when you back off from the throttle the afm drops to almost zero load so the load axis drops to P01 and its probably just a bit rich up there near 2000rpm ish
  18. yeah of course its a matter of opinion. you can use them by all means, have fun but its not a good idea. they are designed for track use where they need heat in them. put them on the street cold and when the road is wet, forget about it.
  19. hires internal shots http://paulr33.skylinesaustralia.com/photo...gtr/page_01.htm
  20. they are - but not suitable for every day driving
  21. please don't run these tyres on the street
  22. hi guram, lots of tuning information is in here http://paulr33.skylinesaustralia.com/docs/...powerfc-faq.htm
  23. al - can we take a bed in your room ?
