Press DOWN 3 times and you will see -3 for IGN ADJUST.
This drops the IGN map 3 degrees timing temporary (will reset when car is powered off).

your tuner isnt %100 correct - any ECU can make power, i see no reason why a microtech would make more power of any other version of ECU
it all comes down to features, load points, tuneability, map resolution, and how well its tuned
why not a new garrett off the shelf
the 28xx series are around $1300 trade from most garrett distro's
ring up GCG or look at their site and look around
check out garrett 2871
the injector train you use follows the fuel rail you use
so if you have a front facing nismo plenum but a HKS top feed rail, you need top feed injectors
if you have 2 litre, single cam head and a tomei side feed rail, you need side feed injectors
ie: block & plenum make no difference
the ecu you use will also play a part in this, as the impedance etc will be different
in summary - let your tuner decide
quiet a lot
there NEO has some extra sensors, controls and features
things like traction control etc make it in-compatible to a std RB25
i suspect you could piggyback / hack out those items

this has been done to death and covered a dozen times
there is no difference between S1 and S2 - the ignitor differences are on the engine side, not ECU side
so S1 ECU can be used on S2 and vice versa
There is no PFC for S1 and a seperate PFC for S2
