  1. I think the one you are thinking of is 'thizzle' he was one of the first guys in AU to get the GT-RS it was setup at BD4's from memory and it made a touch over 300rwkw with cams and other junk since then no one else has come close to that mark - im not saying its bullshit or not, but average GT-RS is around 260-270rwkw there's a few other "high scorers" some that come to mind; grepin's 2835 setup thizzles GT-RS setup again - it doesnt mean the figures are bogus, they are probably legit but i suspect there some info from the puzzle missing, theres always a reason a car makes more power etc. you dont make extra power from magic dust or magic tricks.
  2. it sounds like the solenoid has lost power, hence its on default boost
  3. hi, its illegal to follow any emergency vehicle they may have been called to a situation, which was later withdrawn
  4. just leave it - it probably doesnt have to be tuned as long as you make good average power and the AFR's fine and the car drives well its probably ok on defaults
  5. carsales.com.au there is literally 1000+ skylines for sale go via private sale, with so many, you could pick wheels, colours, mods, km's, and other additional stuff lots of guys are looking to offload R33 gtst's - its a buyers market - see no need to go via dealer get someone competent in cars to come and check out the car with you or even better get someone from the forums to come along, most guys on here know the common bugs and tricks to look for when picking out a decent car when you go and look at a car, take photos and a friend or two get someone to take a few quick snaps that way when you get home you can review the photos for stuff you missed etc

  10. ill buy it when i get my house
  11. not necessarily no, the low boost tune could run across load cells that have too high timing of course you would see this via the knock warning function and engine check light but its still possible, the afrs could be ratshit too i dont think it would mattter which order you did it in
  12. well yeah adrian is right, a good tune will make sure its suitable for both it will just cost you more $ as the tuner will have to spend more time, they'll do it on say low boost then get it all nice, and then press the high button and see how much has changed etc. so it will work, just expect to pay a bit more i guess ask them
  13. haha so long team yellow - all the best age, im sure youll move onto something cooler does this allow me team yellow membership? http://www.carsales.com.au/used-cars/priva...amp;Make=NISSAN
  14. id like to come but no car my clutch pedal is toast
  15. yes it will read different, as the extra boost will usually dial in more airflow, which will affect the tune you should just run one boost setting, the safest, max you can run and tune around that
  16. anyone going up for day trip
  17. not bad - apexi have it in a kit called the DECS
  18. will be there %100
  19. when you are off your P's
  20. This is illegal, as the power to weight laws have changed for new licence drivers, no turbocharger cars are allowed, regardless This is because vicroads and your insurance company do not enforce the law, if you want to give them money for a service, they will accept it. Its upto you, as the individual to ensure your are driving the car legally and not breaking the law. It will vary from police officer to officer unfortunately, some will be harsh on it and pull you up flat out, some will let it slide. I would expect your days could be numbered - i guess it depends, whats the fine / penalty if you are caught?
  21. thanks guys, part sorted in australia
