  1. good find
  2. a long shot, try unplugging water temp sensor with car off and see if that changes anything, it might not start with it unplugged
  3. its not "instant boost" so forget that concept. stockymcstock on here runs a toyota supercharger and a large garrett turbo. you could supercharge it but its a lot of custom work and labour so its going to cost $$$ there are plently of off the shelf turbocharger setups and factory bits so turbocharger an rb20 would be cheaper i suspect youll have better top end power too with a mild turbocharger than a roots/whipple blower. but if you are still keen there was an r33 supercharged at autosalon that made around 140rwkw ish i think the low end spec toyota superchargers are probably the easier and cheapest nearest to bolt on units
  4. out of curiosity, what feature do you want ? you can get the gizmo launch interface to do spark cut launch control
  5. I would like a photo of the inside of an rb26 Djetro PFC please (anyone)
  6. the only hope would be an rb26 powerfc pro with the same loom let me test the plain vanilla rb26 powerfc first
  7. please confirm this before i update the PFC FAQ
  8. you need to run the solenoid ground wire to pin #25 on the ecu pinout (double check what wire #) pretty sure its 25 the PFC will switch this ground on and off to control the solenoid. this assume you have 3 pin boost kit port (rb25 style) if you have rb20 ap engin version which is 5 pin kit then you need to find out which wire it is on the 5 pin socket and run it off there
  9. thats harsh as kane why for so long ?
  10. when u confirm pm or let me know and ill add inj settings to PFC FAQ
  11. its covered in the powerfc faq (in my sig) it details the pinouts for the port and what wires you need its basically just ground and power, you cant get it wrong really. the map sensor needs power, ground and signal. so its two parts #1 solenoid #2 map sensor both into the 5 pin boost kit port on the PFC
  12. id pay $1000 to have my licence back right now
  13. For those who have been wondering what my msn name ([email protected]) is all about - and what its like to loose your licence - read on its the countdown for the number of days until i get my licence back it updates itself cos i am super cool and i also have random quotes every few minutes
  14. it means it will never engage VCT it could leave the car with a sluggish flat feeling i will have to test it out fully before i can comment
  15. looks good well done any chance u post your IGN map (me curious)
  16. and neither of this is relevant you need twin 2530s for your magical 600hp
  17. well done postman pat congrats
  18. hi adam, the only thing i can think of would be to put the stock ecu back in and see how that goes. if it doesnt fail on the stock ecu then pfc isnt doing something the stock ecu is i had this issue with a-lsd in my r33. it was relaying the TPS signal to the alsd puter in the boot, but the stock ecu did
  19. just get a stock gasket and standard cams ffs
  20. nismo 550s are in the PFC FAQ, check it out
  21. yeah i would do that if it was me just make sure you selecgt the right AFM, make sure its a genuine z32 and make sure you dial in the right latency and correction for the injectors
  22. my recommendation would be to reset PFC turn key to ON but not START then dial in correct inejector setting and afm then once done turn to START and do self idle adjust
  23. yes base map will be fine provinding you dial in the correct injection and afm correction and settings
  24. spool up time is different are journal / plain are more likely prone to failure so be sure to let it idle for the bearings to cool down
  25. this thread is a load of bullplop anyone is a hoon these days i mean my old man didnt head check today when changing lanes so he must be a hoon he drove my skyline instant hoon
