  1. Ill take the brakes
  2. Lewis did do a wrong, there is no question there as far as I can see, however the Mac did all they could to make it right on the track. He could have gone all dodgy and just kept going after straight lining the chicane, could have even built a more then 25 sec gap to second (assuming kimmi crashes). As much as I'm a ferrari fan this was still a Mac win, blemished but still their win. Petition signed...
  3. I wouldn't really be screaming anything. I don't fully agree with the way this has played out, but I can see how it came about. The FIA didn't strip anyone of a race win, they striped 25 seconds which is a drive through fine and the only reason that it was desided after the race had ended is because it happened on effectively the last lap. Let me ask you this in return, if the same insident had happened on say lap 20 or so and Lewis had gotten a drive through (effectively 25secs) and then came 3rd would you be so pissed about it as you are about this?
  4. Adam, watch the race summary on f1.com, very nice camera angle of the whole incident in the footage, shows that hamo was nowhere near passing the fez in the corner
  5. Think there is a good chance that the Mac will win their appeal, wether Lewis messed up or not left aside the Mac did ask race controll wether they were happy and were told all is good, they did everything they thought they needed to be in the clear as told by race control
  6. That first pick of what its like currently is damn sexy!!! Nice wheels, match it perfectly
  7. The ferrari does look nasty in the wet....
  8. The Mac was undeniably a better car however it was not driven by a better driver. He was to agressive and pay'd the price for it (again). If he had just waited a bit more he would have won that race fair and square, but he didnt. Heike got a drive through on that corner for going in to agressive and hiting Webo, Lewise went to agresive and would have hit Kimi had he not cut the chicane so its the same punishment for the same crime there realy. Cars always get close going in to a corner, but one they exit it the gap stretches again, (car infront accelerates that little bit earlier and stretches the distance). By saying that Lewise had the same gap to kime on the straight as he did in the corner just shows that he gained a fair bit of an advantage by cutting the chicane
  9. I see you thoughtfully ignored what I posted about Lewis saying how he got into Kimis tow. And you call other people ignorant...
  10. Only a one week break this time awsome
  11. The Big Mac is getting owned at Monza is my prediction
  12. http://www.formula1.com/news/headlines/2008/9/8335.html Lewis'es own words : "I understood I had to let him past, so I did. I got in his tow and he was ducking and diving left and right and I did the same and managed to get back to the inside of him" He sure as hell wouldn't have gotten in anyones tow if he didn't straight line the chicane....
  13. Was merely lol'ing at the statement of women pleasing. cant add much that hasn't already been said here. It sux that the race was decided like this but thats life, he did gain an advantage, hes not the only one in history to cop an effective 25sec penalty for doing this, it was just to late in the race to do much else.
  14. Why are people only concerned about outright power? Sure it may have only picked up 7hp at the top but what about midrange? What about on/off/on again throttle response, fuel economy? Doing a dyno test tels you sweet fa realy about the drivability differences between having and not having a cat.
  15. Does look prety sexy....
  16. I have a feeling that whatever power you gain by having a full split exhaust you loose by having all that extra weight... power only deals with acceleration, weight deals with acceleration, braking and cornering. I know id rather have less weight then a bit more power...
  17. Dont jack the wheels up as that would not give the engine any load and it wouldnt run in at all... Dyno is the only real option, or you can try geting a movement permit for it and drive arround for a while
