  1. Do yours squeek? my right one squeeks like crazy and nothing i do fixes it...
  2. Was in the exact same boat a month ago. R32 GTR, RDA slotted rotors all round HC+ pads all round, squeeled like a pig, found out that the brake guy didn't install any antisqueel shims, the kit is $90 from nissan, comes with all grease and shims, brakes are quiet as a mouse now, just did my 3rd track day on these pads, starting to wear thin now but still stop well, about 30% left

  14. If you have never launched it before then the main thing is hold on tight and be very ready to change gear as first will disapear in a second or so. And did I mention HOLD ON!!! LOL
  15. Mine is almost always between the 2500 to 3000rpm range, and 70 to 80 knock is common to see 100 sometimes

  18. Im still chasing mine, knock levels dont go down even when i lift of the throttle, just hover there until revs drop. Also sometimes its all good and the knock level is fine so its an intermitent thing... Ideas? Knock sensors themselves are new btw
  19. From GTS then yes, thats a whole nother story, then its worthwhile but not realy gor GTR
  20. The thing is what will the GTR brembo's offer you that the standard sumimoto 4 pots wont? Not a lot realy and you will still be forking out big $ for them. Not a good value for $ upgrade imo
  21. The wheels are VOLK something something btw.... not sure exactly what but a nice Jap wheel nonetheless
  22. Mine is something else other then the tune as I can take 5 deg timing out of the map all round and still get the exact same knock readings
  23. There really isn't all that much difference really, the brembo's are a bit stiffer but thats about it, piston diameter remains more or less the same. I use the standard gear overhauled for track days and no fade issues so far. Given the cost of the brembo's I realy dont think its a worthwhile upgrade, better of saving a bit more for AP's or such if you want bigger brakes
