  1. clarify your post a bit. the above is true IF you unlock your car with the OEM remote and NOT open the car. its a safety/theft thing built in to the car. nothing to do with ignition though. what I said related to the doors locking on speed.
  2. they do but are a bit fiddly to set up. what application?
  3. bear in mind if you have a blue screen then theres not a lot I can do over the phone. yes I can use the screen and make it move but it will take cusotm electronics to do it and if you are in another city its probably not a good idea to ring me asking for a all in one DIY solution as a MLB person did today - best to PM/email me.
  4. window control - doable anyway regardless of alarm. as for adding on: yes, m80 has two ports on it if you have the G model then both are used and its time to get the isolation diodes out. mongoose make a Y harness for that app. best to get the shop that did it to mod it.
  5. could be a personalization thing. there is an option in consult/Launch for that. I've never used it.
  6. yep and had a full box of dynamat tossed in as well. ( I found the images I'll upload them to the shop site.)
  7. have final verdict - 3 months ( I think!) not 6. drivers sorted - will consider another fir back up. col, never heard from yours.
  8. I htink you will find that most will treat it as 3 separate cars. its the same amount of paperwork to them.
  9. go see crankin car audio and get hakki to fit one for you. its that easy.
  10. 2001-12 build. below is your car as i see it
  11. IPOD failing that send it to me and I'll replace the laser and spindle motor in it.
  12. yes but the BT option was from 2005.12 on and NOT before. doesn't matter if you have the cable there- its not going to do squat.
  13. the japs put it in there - reverse engineer it
  14. DVD box under the flap on the passenger side. if that has the BT logo on it then you have BT. if not - then your question is irrelevant. (its not there and all the wishing in the world wont make it work.) all of the 2004.5 + cars had the phone button on the wheel it was the 2005.12 versions that had the BT option.
  15. its a two pin brown plug under the shroud. bear in mind pulling it will cause a few things to act weird..
  16. you have a 2006 I take it? if so you need the navi disc and a japanese speaking partner. its that easy. if you have a 2004.5-2005.11 then they dont have it. the usual way of checking is to look at the navi box. if there is a BT logo on it then you have it.
  17. on a C34 the power is a 4-5 pin plug on the OE tuner. grn = acc , yel = +12v M35 is a different matter. the tuner you showed us is a C34 item as the M35 is different.
  18. got a chassis number ?
  19. they do. now whether or not you get the key that supports it with the car is another thing. its easily fixed with a keyless unit anyway.
  20. depend on what you option it with and how it is installed. if you want one - ask
  21. mate of mine had a turbo sedan version in mlb for quite a while. sold it bought a falcon then bought it back with a dead engine fixed it and then bought a GTR about 6 months ago.
  22. col, interested - pm me his details. the van has cruise control on it and that gets used jon, if you dont need to travel around for Voda - then yes.
  23. As stated. this is a 3-4 day a week requirement and since QT told me to be a good boy I need someone to drive my van. its as simple as showing up here at my place driving my van around with me in it and reading a book whist I work. you will be paid for sitting around basically I have someone already lined up for this as well so if they do not pan out the offer stands. you need a manual licence, common sense and thats it. start time is 9am -> 4-5pm depending on workload. flick me a PM if this interests you.
  24. ok yours is an early car. the later ones are different.
