I'd like to see more of that rail. they bend in really strange spots and that one would need a lot of straightening. also those with fast do a LF hit parts list - there's $8k in damaged bits there. other thing as well - you would need a chassis book to straighten it properly. none of that would be anywhere near spec. for me I'd buy it, strip it and then cut it up. the air bags/seats alone to a importer are worth $4k easy other things I noted - check engine light is on as is the 4wd light. somethigs amiss there. looking at the engine cover what ever he's hit has destroyed that as well. it wouldnt surprise me if theres a few things under that damaged as well.

dpends on the car. if yours is the ar you mention in your profile then you *may* need an actuator. some of the S2 cars had it factory.

navi/tv/dvd . its all refit.

Electronic Issues THE SOUND IN MY STEREO DROPS OUT ON THE LEFT SIDE this is a CD related issue on the 2004 spec cars - its not on the radio/tv/cdchg sections of the radio. the fault is INTERNAL and no autosparky/ car audio shop (eg autobarn,strathfield etc) will be able to correctly diagnose/fix it. the units affected are PN2613/14 versions. a quick way to check if you have this unit- look at the CD slot, if it is silver and the door opens when you load a cd then you have this unit. the earlier PN2413/14 twins will do a similar thing but in a entirely different way. I can fix both versions. when shipping it send the unit only and not the entire thing. best to read that thread. very short version - live with it or have $3k handy for e to mod it . theres not a box that drops into that car thats in english. the nearest box will be out of a G35 infiniti and thats not even close to working as intended for japan.

grab a ign / pump ckt. that will slow them down. as for actaully doing - google kill switches and have a wiring diagram of the car handy..

Perforurmance motorsport underwood can do them - take him an example and he can do it. I had them made for my wagon a few years back.

look in the engine bay for a sensor with a vac hose and 3 wire plug. if thats off its not gonna work. should be drv side

ok this is more FYI than anything else. the issue seems to be with the PN2613/14 twins (13 being non bose.). unlike the 2413/14 versions (2001-2003) this thing is ENTIRELY different. that said if there is a CD mech issue in the 2613/14 - its a LOT easier to fix than the otehr one. 2413/14 - its a radio issue and not a CD one. the dropped audio fault lies in the CD mech itself and requires a total strip of it. there are 4 boards in there and 3 places that the audio routes. on one there is usually a dry joint- its NOT a job for the beginner and unless you have a service manual I STRONGLY sugggest NOT attempting it.

not really. there are a lot of FAST dumps out there- torrent is your friend. I know there is one from 2004ish there. (mine is 2009 JDM,USDM,ADM - I can't copy mine.)

if you cannot get the m35 to show un in model series then the version you have is not new enough.

(OT) I'm feeling it myself. my yearly takings are down by 1/3 compared to last year.) (/OT) they did this to Oldsmobile back in the 90s. thats gone by the wayside. pontiac - last real ones they did were in the late 60s (GTO) the 90's stuff was crap the 80s stuff wasn't much better. to be honest they were mostly panel swaps anyway. the base frames were the same. SAAB, there's a worry. swedes will resume that company and it will go on. only thing that affects is opel really. and that doesnt affect this market anyway.

yep and you have the 2613.. worked this one out and the fix is different to the 2413.

bit of interesting info and I'm going to need chassis numbers to confirm. the car have here has a PN2613E in it. those have an ENTIRELY different CD mech in them. this is in a may 2004 coupe. the 2413/14 twins (bose/nonbose) have the same issue but its in a different spot. this one looks like a component issue. those with the above problem can I grab chassis numbers please. that will tell me if yours is fixable or not.

electric fence controller - easier- did that one back in the early 90s got into the shit with the police over it as well. what to you do if it fries a 2 y/o kid and they die ??

looks like it would work. hint: look in your boot passenger side rear corner. that will make things easier KV2, if you can find it toss it my direction. I've taken to fixing these things as some aren't too bad (cost wise) on parts.
