  1. I have to see them on wed anyway . they have a stagea there with a dud radio I need to look at. craig will do his VERY best to help you. the one he showed you is probably the one I know about.
  2. you think like I fit.. there's an evo running around victoria done that way. spent 3 days on it.
  3. +1. adam is a fitter and a trimmer that builds summernats winners - he knows what he's doing. time it right and I might be there as well.
  4. sounds like autoshop to me. he's got a few good cars there. I still say you harass craig. he may move on price. to be honest 99% of the cars I do ARE SILVER!! when you have 15 of the things with clean windscreens ID ing them is a pain in the arse. take a CD with you when looking at them SVI - from the fence. it was late friday when I went past. (I'm looking at adding them to my workshop list.) I had 3 customers today ask if the silver coupe I have outside was mine and one customer correctly ID'd it. they are a hell of a car to drive, far from slow and handle quite well.
  5. no probs. spoke to craig right after you did I reckon he can help you out. jon's cars were local (blue one was from sydney the white one brissy based.) they are out there if you look for them saw the one you mentioned at SVI yesterday.
  6. no problems.
  7. check all of the relays - there is a set in the rear next to the battery as well.
  8. and you didnt see my post... I work out of that workshop when I am in MLB. he KNOWS what hes' doing. pay the money and not have a probelm.
  9. nathan, I suggest you have a search to work out who I am. I'm actually making you think about your choices
  10. not if the module is in my hand.
  11. to be honest there is a yellow 32 in ipswich that had one of these things fitted. I had to put a stereo in it so I thought I would show the owner how easily it could be disabled. people in the yellow building fitted it. I had the ENTIRE unit out in my hand in 10 sec, the car hot wired , running and the siren screaming in the background . all I had to do was drive off and the owner watched in disgust as I did it. think its just me that does this - think again. I know of several cars that disappeared like this due to poor alarm choice and VERY poor installation. now what alarm are you looking at again?
  12. brian at autotainment does them there. talk to him. for the key - READ THE FAQ first then order it from nissan.
  13. post some shots up of yours.
  14. s1 or S2? (what year is it?)
  15. fair few I reckon. what I have said is common knowledge anyway. thats why I keep saying 480XV. very little info on it and it takes a proper installer to correctly fit it. the 791 is all over hte net and you can pull an installation manual off the net easily for it
  16. the key is the least of your worry if you have that probelm. the AC controller is stuffed causing exactly what you have. that said if you only have one key and you need more then you are going to need the immobiliser codes before you do anything - read the FAQ about this.
  17. locking is a fuse inside the car. lower left corner. should be a 10A fuse.
  18. I understand that. (bear in mind I fit these for a living.) considering you have 1 point stopping me from taking that car and its on the starter theres not much stopping me. find the relay harnesse short it out and roll start the car - see ya!
  19. that is F03 btw. mech is trashed.
  20. conversion is a 4 figure sum. it starts low and increases with options ring me in the morn and I'll go over it with you.
  21. the error code on the radio - F0 or F3? if F3 I would get the dealer to cover it as that is not a cheap repair. to pull the unit out requires the lower spec panels and AC controller. in all $4-500 worth of bits. SVI is around the corner from me. servicing/parts - nissan. yes it is that easy. they will order parts for the car as needed provided you give them the correct info. (IE chassis and model off the build palte.) see also carmen imports in brendale. I know he has a few on the way as well.
  22. nope. remove back seat, side trims and kid bolts. then the whole lot slides forward. I'm doing one now.
  23. ER34? if so just copy it. they do not have NATS in them EXCEPT the GTR.
  24. www.stylyn.com click that and pick a shop. mention me.
