to be honest - I do not see $$ out of it. I do get a lot of can you change the language in a V36 questions to which I reply no and state unless you have a decent amount of $$ not to bother. that is usually followed by why can't I do this after reading a forum from overseas.. when it comes to spare parts now. thats another story. I can do those at will ex japan. grab the V36 FSM and look for the fuel system section. that should tell you.

andrew, how did you guess... if you are even considering doing this - fuel pump would be the only place I would EVEN THINK of cutting. forget about getting ANYWHERE near the inner workings of the BCM unit..

just looked at it. thats not one of mine. dumb move posting EXACTLY what unit was on it though. knowing that I would be able to locate and remove it fairly quickly. the shopping list gives me more reason to take it. I know what all these bits fetch on ebay and I can make a bit of money before I torch the car. sorry for the scare tatics but thats how I would think..

why would I want a 33 ??? ( I already own a 31 and a 32.) I think some of you now know why I use the unit I use. I doubt I did this car. I did see a circular of facebook about one going missing and I reposted it. club lock - two seconds to remove. think about that. spare wheel - they would need to know that the wheel came off. now if that was listed as a feature in the advert then that prepared them. if it surfaces tell me and I'll make sure it stays put next time.

thats easy. see if you can get the cluster to me at some point. I can sort that in a few minutes.

I know a few people here with Z11s that need a touch up. I was privy to one that had '38k' on it with timing chain issues and tensioner issues. the car would not run and I was dragged in thinking it was electrical. mate of mine looked at it deemed mechancal and tossed another known km engine in. that dealer is south. there are others doing heavy hits as well and regsitering them as clean.. those guys are north.

its not in the airbag electronics we both know that. I suspect a bad connection on the cluster myself. if I get a bit more time we can look further. today was scan the car and see what pops up.

we will know more tomorrow once I scan the car.
