  1. yeh i dont think they are going to be beating down your door. mine has been for sale for about 3 months at 16.5, then 15.5.....it's got more mods, i'ts manual, and it's a nicer colour (sorry). i've not had a single person come look at the car. i don't really care, because i love the car and know that the price i'd have to drop it to for a sale would not get me a satisfactory replacement.... but my point is, 6 weeks is nothing. for a car like this, i'd expect it to take 6 months to sell. it's all about waiting for the right buyer with the right money. hang in there, and if you can't tough it out, sell it and chalk it up to the experience of owning an unusual car that only appeals to a niche market.
  2. i arranged a sale mid last week, money has been exchanged so i'm pretty sure it can be safely considered sold. sorry mate!
  3. new rims are on. BBS LM reps, 19x9.5 +20 front, +5 rear. flush as you like. lowered another inch and wheel alignment on saturday. in love with the car all over again. pics soon!
  4. thats pretty bloody good! i have put mine back to stock ECU, stock boost - and curious to see how it behaves. did new plugs and cleaned AFM meter last week, and trying to keep it off boost as much as i can. a point of interest is my recent dyno tuning showed the stock fuel map really loads fuel in between 2500 and 2500rpm, which is commonly where i shift - so try short shifting it to keep it out of that area (for RS4S owners). what annoys me though is the way the fuel gauge barely moves for the first 100km's of the tank, then drops rapidly - to 3/4 - then it takes about 350km to get to half - and then the last half a tank just EVAPORATES over the next 100km's! it's quite deceiving! just when you think you're doing ok out of this tank, BOOM, it laughs in your face!
  5. hmm might have to go this one alone. was considering organising purchashing bulk off a wholesaler with decent product and onselling to the forum but not much interest here....
  6. jeez..... are the ones on that white car chef-stagea's??? somehow i thought when he said he was selling S2 eyelids that they'd be the ones they sell on YAJ. ie: those ones are an abortion.......
  7. don't need to pay a middle man..... those guys charge $170 bucks for HID kits that my mate brings in for $60.
  8. Hey guys, for some months now i've been trying to find some decent quality LED DRL's at a decent price. i'm looking for something similar to what the Mercedes-Benz and Audi's run from factory. best range is obviously on ebay but the offerings are either cheap and crap, or expensive and crap. i have had a cheap set before, which looked ok and were surprisingly waterproof and lasted over 6 months to when i sold the car - but the light output was minimal and long distance visibility (as in, couldnt see them looking back at the car from down the road) was useless. I have found Hella does a LEDayline kit and as they are OEM suppliers for Mercedes and Audi, this would suggest they'd be the best quality - but they are $300+ for a pair from Germany. Philips do a kit, more reasonably priced, which i believe are used on the Skoda's - even though they are part of VAG - but i dont think they look that fantastic. has anyone had any luck finding any other options??
  9. to clarify - this is for TWO only.
  10. Mate have been trying to inbox you - keeps saying 'array' ..... but I'm keen on the grill. Can you try pm me?

  13. Hey guys, Up for sale is my eManage Ultimate with a genuine Field harness to suit RB25DET NEO manual. I will get the part number for you tonight, so you can match for compatability – but should suit all R34/WC34’s and includes the required daughter board to modify ignition signal to stop it burning out the coils. Field harness means you can install it into your car and you won’t have to cut or modify any wiring. Just plug one end into your loom, the other into the eManage and fire it up. Currently it is installed in my S2 stagea RSFourS (manual) and was tuned around 5 weeks ago by Chasers. It is making 206rwkw (have graphs) so would be virtually plug n play for those with basic upgrades (3”, FMIC, 12psi boost). Car made 160rwkw before eManage, 210rwkw after. As a bonus, I’m averaging 15L/100km with this tune in my 1700kg Stagea, so better than stock consumption. Asking $500 ONO. Avail for pick up in Melbourne or Contact via PM.

Removing because i've received a few fines lately, and need to slow myself down - returning car back to stock boost to remove temptation! Asking $500 ONO. Avail for pick up in Melbourne or Contact via PM.
  15. hmm, expressing interest in - eyelids - de-cat - rear wiper - n/a grill can you work out a price for a bulk purchase? cheers! mat
  16. this vid is off the hook: http://youtu.be/xPiNn4Ib0M4 the japs just have such good access to parts, the results are amazing. there is a navy blue S1 towards the end with a crazy lip kit, front splitter and a mean looking retro fit headlight conversion.....it's a whole new level over there. wonder what S.W.A.T is? and on that note, i wonder if there is a way that was can get some TSOC (toyko stagea owners club) stickers over here?
  17. you'd have to really like your rides JDM to try force a stagea to do towing duty. the RB25 is no torque monster and they struggle enough as it is just shifting the bulk of a stagea let alone anything significant behind it. i'd just buy a falcon wagon - it ain't pretty but it will do the job and will still be reasonably efficient and compliant for daily duties. or yeh, just grab a hilux/navara/rodeo..... at the end of the day, if your track car is important to you - then i wouldnt risk towing it with a less than ideal car. Rule of thumb is that the tow car should weigh more than what it's towing......because if you get the wobbles up, you don't want the trailer telling the tow car where to go......usually doesnt end well!
  18. yaj = Yahoo Auctions Japan http://www.importmonster.com.au/yahoo
