  1. Can you show us the Inj Dead Time table? When cranking, does the car start then dies without WOT? OR it's not even starting/catching at all? If it catches and dies, you may need to add more fuel to the Post-Start Enrichment table
  2. Post up your injector settings, and also your fuel cranking table. If it's in ms and not in VE, you're probably flooding the motor during crank.
  3. ........... aint' that the truth.
  4. If someone walked up to me and offered me an amount that I can't refuse, please take it away, I'll throw in half my tools, the boxes of brand new OEM spares, anything in the house I can find that's Skyline related. Want the lot gone. (don't mod your car, you'll regret it)
  5. I not sure where you're located, however if you're in Sydney and need Intima Brake pads I can help you source them.
  6. Please do not connect it to your manifold. If you do, as GTS suggested please record the lot in 4K with good mics attached. On the factory Skyline, there's a upside down pipe that allows it to breathe, looks like this
  7. Johnny's approach, throw all the Nissan electronics into the trash. Best thing I've done to my shit box, go DBW.
  8. Sounds like the JAX guys must have installed some really awful pads, are they BenShit/BenDicks pads by any chance?
  9. Time for a modernisation, throw out the AFM, stock O2s, ECU into the e-waste bin. Rip out the cable throttle, IACV, pedal, etc. into the scrap metal bin. DBW, e-throttle, modern ECU, CANbus wideband, and the thing will drive better than when it left the factory.
  10. Middle seat good for a slab of beer or Esky for a road trip. 2x kids, means 1x free seat lol.
  11. Good enough tbh 😀
  12. Oh yeah forgot to also mention need to also unplug the IACV as well. Thanks for the reminder @MBS206 Unplugging the TPS takes it out of closed loop so you're able to screw down the IACV without the ECU trying to add/subtract timing to maintain the idle (not sure PowerFC can even do this, but Nistune and the OEM definitely does)
  13. If you don't touch the CAS, then you're fine.
  14. a better measure would be Litres per 100km, a full tank is a terrible UOM.
  15. I dare say they were rushed to push something to the market, had deadlines to meet. MVP dis dat, get it out the door and make money.
  16. Emissions, fuel consumption, heat, noise, etc. most likely.
  17. Unplug both, it causes the idle closed loop condition to not be satisfied
  18. A high case of cbf. Car runs, idles fine, not touching it.
  19. Ohh even easier. Go dial up 700rpm on the hand controller. Rip off the TPS plug, wait till the idle drops and then adjust the IACV screw so it's just a tad below the target on the hand controller (say 650rpm), plug the TPS back in and idle will climb back to target. Done.
  20. What ECU is on your car @silviaz? You can just change the idle target table yourself and the IACV duty cycle. Noting that if you play around with the screw you'll also need to revisit the idle base duty table as you will end up offsetting the lot. Another reason why DBW is superior, there's less mucking about.
  21. R35 card MAFs are great, not a fan of the Z32
  22. That's right, simple but works. Run out of load? Rescale the table lol. Want to be lazy and not rescale? Drag the K
  23. Haha watch Alex's eye twitch when you mention Nistune to him in person lol. He's not a fan, then again it's quite a niche product. I personally don't mind them, but most usually steer clear from it. Word of advice, do not ground the AFM to the chassis, there are heaps of incorrect guides on the interwebs. Send both GND on the AFM back to Sensor GND on the harness.
