  1. something with dual airbags, ABS, seat belt pretensioners, air conditioning and cup holders.
  2. anyone want 2x Falken Azensis RT615 in 225/40/17 ? trade for beers
  3. hence we both own boats, I mean skylines
  4. get one of these: http://www.moroso.com/catalog/categorydisplay.asp?catcode=42001 Cops cannot complain, strong and also has a vent if you're not using a deep cycle/AGM/sealed battery. Cheapest way around it is to buy MIG cable from like BOC or so.. it's equivalent to 2GA cable and is more than enough to start your car, you can get 2GA terminals from JayCar on the cheap (those alloy ones) and get a nice 120amp ANL blade fuse holder. I did something like that years ago, however the moroso battery box was over $200+ back in the days, they're like $115 on eBay now delivered ** lol Owen beat me to it
  5. hope so turbo, manifold, gaskets, studs, lines are all in.. even chopped my RS*R downpipe and welded 2x bends to fit up to the turbo's v band flange. just need a screamer pipe and my exhaust wrap to come and let's see how she goes
  6. sorry LOL, excuse my chinglish I meant to say, I'll come take photos, if I am free hahaha
  7. There's about a finger gap between the tyre and wheel arch. Can't you see the photos? Lol
  8. If stock ECU try unplugging the stock O2 sensor and see if it happens when it's warm again.
  9. hypergear highflow units, $880 bolts straight up like stock super win.. rebuilding that HKS2530 would be just as much and won't perform as well
  10. I'm sure all our skylines (maybe not Terry's) have BS kms.. dash has been swapped over 1000 times like a dirty hooker and shared with Craig Thompson a few hundred times.
  11. Then again what car dealer doesn't trim up odometers on imports? easiest way to make money as there are less chances of them getting busted when compared to local cars.
  12. probably all from JDMST lol
  13. local mechanic is more than enough... I suggest you buy all the parts, genuine water pump, belts, pulleys & seals are the way to go Note, can be had cheapest from eBay US (no idea why it's cheaper than local, nissan, etc.)
  14. I guess so, however what I was trying to get at is say at normal operating temps your car runs at 80 degrees, and then you bash it around the track you have more headroom before you hit say 120 degrees, where as if you're running a 90 degree thermostat you having less headroom. I'm happy to stand corrected
  15. RB25DET NEOs run 90 degree thermostats, see if you can fit a 80 degree one.. also check with Trent if he has mad any fuel corrections at 80 degrees, if he hasn't go for it I bought the wrong thermostat and my car also sits at 90 degrees.. I'm using a dim sim 43mm radiator and on the track I don't go over 110 degrees with the water
  16. depends how much boost you run, as the fuel pressure increases yes it will hit past 20AMPS I had the factory 15amp fuse blow on me (when I first installed it), now I'm running a 25AMP fuse, through 2x relays & a 50W 0.3ohm resistor to mimic the FPCM
  17. I've seen even tuners setup boost controllers wrong, I can give you first hand encounters of people who have paid tuners and had them totally fuark up settings. Anyhow, When setting up your Blitz SBC i Colour, make sure the AC/WG is set to "WG" to begin with. Go into your desired channel and then Boost Setup.. I suggest set it on "AUTO", then set the boost target to 1.3 bar or whatever you want and start with the GAIN on perhaps 10. Then work the gain up still the boost comes on nice and hard and holds till red line. On auto, it may take a few squirts before it reaches the target boost level as the controller will slowly adjust itself to the boost target. See if that helps
  18. Blitz DUAL is a fantastic boost controller, seems like your tuner has no idea how to set it up, hece it's dropping. If you hold the left button down for 3 seconds, there's a GAIN menu.. increase that till your boost holds flat, you will need to drop your duty cycle down. Also on the back of the controller there's a setting to put it on EWG OR IWG.. I hope you've set that correctly too. AFRs mean nothing compared to ignition timing as I've mentined before.. you can have a lazy arse flat as shit low timing map with perfect ruler style AFRs.. Like I said, post up your microtech's timing map, or even the tune file.. I can put all those numbers into a three dimensional table for you and we can analyse it.. (sometihng micro ice age cannot do)
  19. Thanks Scotty! Can't wait for some ggaaateeeee lol
  20. All in and she's starts, without a dump pipe haha... Waiting for a mate to come weld up the dump today.
