  1. Also can you confirm a 1 amp draw? Cheers Justin
  2. Hey Rolls, what's the part number for the plug you used for the solinoid? Also is there a correct polarity? Id so, what terminal in neg on the solinoid? Cheers Justin
  3. Bigger dumps can and often will help spool time... My trust dumps spooled up my T517Z's quicker. Keep it simple, bolt on -7's, -5's, -9's- T517Z 8cm's would be my pick.
  4. Hey guys, Is there anyone in Tas that has a 2D CNC Laser or Waterjet cutting machine??? I have some projects that involve 5mm alloy and 3mm stainless steel. Cheers Justin
  5. I'm hoping to have a stock rb25det/5557 plain bearing result veeery soon. 400 would be nice.... ha ha ha at the fly.
  6. Are you using the oil lines in the pic's??? Are the fittings a usual barb or are they pushlock (they look pushlock)? You should never use a hose clamp on a pushlock hose/fitting. It cuts the hose on the inside and pushes the hose up either side of the clamp. Cheers Justin
  7. That's an awsome idea!
  8. Shot is wwaaayyy to good. I just saw the new jackass movie in 3D.... They pulled somone's tooth out with Bam's Lambo. I think we should adopt a similar proceedure. Either that or make them eat the curb and smackem on the back of the head! dirtyass, dogcok sucing, ball sniffing, tootheless, bogan ass bandits!!!
  9. Are you running a thermostat or different PS oil with the cooler Damo?
  10. That's freakin awsome!!!
  11. They look stainless..... they're gonna hurt- sharp edges and all! ha ha ha
  12. Never a need to go atmo with BOV's. Yes it's worth it for an rb25 depending on application- dunno about rb20 (would think not).
  13. http://www.anfittingsdirect.com/index.php?...1b11a2817fc507d Whoever's fuel system that is in the picture- You have to be very carefull putting hose clamps on pushlock hose/fittings.... it will cut the inside if the hose and lift the hose off the barbs either side of the clamp.... it's more likely to leak putting the hose clamp on! It's not cheap, but aeroquip starlight hose and fittings have been designed for all sorts of ethanol/race fuels... awsome stuff! http://www.anfittingsdirect.com/index.php?...1b11a2817fc507d Cheers Justin
  14. Whats a good alarm, around 400 bucks, aussie insurance approved, basic functions (central locking- alarm- imobiliser- good code randomisation etc) must have single colour wiring loom. Must have a good quality remote! I will be installing it. I live in Tassie and i don't trust any of the local installers as far as I can kick them. Cheers Justin
  15. Man that sucks! I hate that peoples pride and joy's are being targeted. Tassie aint that big... And the cops don't care, nore will they do anything about it. Why not bait car the snot suckers? I'm shure they could use a confiscated skyline for a bait car to catch a good amount of them So what are we to do? 'I'll bring the lynchin rope if someone has a pickup'.... f**kers!
  16. That's listed as 'Gymkhana'.... not to shure what the actual course is???
  17. Diggin it/....... Diggin it with a shovel!!!
  18. MSCT lists the Symonds Plains event on the 5th of Dec as 'Motorkhana' round 3. Cheers Justin
  19. Could you 'mid' mount the turbo in a semi-permanent position to test it out? eg mount the turbo under the car, so you don't have to scrap the exhaust manifold. Keep on truckin.. J.
  20. AWSOME!!! Looks like Dec is shaping up nicely.... 4th- North West Hillclimb 5th- Symonds Plains Motorkhana 8th- DEC Gymkana 11th- DEC Gymkana I had better get cracking when I get back!!! Digging the PS cooler... what's the core from? fits well. I was thinking about using the back half (hicas) pump on the steering pump to feed the PS cooler loop. I'm not going to have time to install a GTR plennum/itb's before december.... It would help get the 5557 on tap a little quicker though... hmmmm.
  21. OOOOOeeee.... Cut a hole in the boot floor and mount the intake/filter in the boot. Then cut a vent behind the licence plate so it can breathe...
  22. Yeah it was news to me too... Are cops in Tas really defecting people??? Bugger! You should gut a gigantic muffler and install the whole lot in it... ha ha ha. There's room for a short 3" muffler that can go on the back of the turbine.... help keep it a little quieter? Love it Justin.
  23. No it wont go... I dont know of any hard pipe intake/charge pipe kit for gtr that will allow room for an arc box, or that will put the afm's in the stock locations. Ditch the ARC box anyway. If you doo want to keep the ARC box, use the stock 'twin turbo' pipe, modify it with a seperator pannel, then swap the stock pipe work out for greddy hard pipe intercooler kit (it replaces the stock rubber hose only) and find a stock location suction kit. Justin.
