  1. Pffft, dont you have enough already? hahaha
  2. Hey guys, First of all, a huge thanks to the outgoing SAUNSW exec team from the previous year! Welcome to the new team, for anyone that missed the AGM, here's the team; President: Steveo (N1GTR) Vice President: Steve/Doof (DRDOOF) Vice President: Matt (MBS206) Sexetary: Michelle/Shell (Shell) All things finance: Duncan (Duncan) There's a number of non elected execs of course who will be sharing the work behind the scenes and without them, we'd be working overtime! So thanks in advance to those guys!!! There's a big year being planned for members, if you're not a member its easy - sign up, what are you waiting for? Some events will be members only and EVERY event we run will have a significant price discount for members so you are crazy to not be a member There's Texikhana's of course (entry for one is open, check the events area), our annual Wakefield day (suitable for beginners and heaps of experienced race drivers on hand for free tuition), member cruises with BBQ's, pub meets, tech nights, overnight trips - yep, a big year! New merchandise is on its way, keep an eye out for that, threads and emails will be up when its all ready for sale. Lastly, if you have any suggestions, please PM them to me Cheers, Steve SAUNSW President 2010
  3. Well the next years events are all being co ordinated currently, so id say after Xmas unless there's a gap in our line up and they have a free date
  4. Guys so you know, the SDMA course should be under a 1 minute run for most cars. Sutton is about 1.45min for most cars and is similar to a Nasho/Old Pac drive (eg, corners, rises, dips, blind corners, apex etc)
  5. Approved! Keep those pics coming
  6. Hey guys, As discussed at the SAUNSW annual general meeting, here's the poll to see where you guys would prefer to go, so, vote away!!! This isn't a promise that we will be able to make the booking, it's a promise we will do our best to get a booking Cheers
  7. Almost any piston company will make custom pistons. Not cheap though and from what ive read you're trying to do all this on a budget. For a start, there's Mahle, JE, Wiseco, Arias, CP, Cosworth, ACL etc Id start at ACL then try CP, or if the budget allows about $1700 call Specialized Piston Service in melbourne
  8. Done a search? Its all covered
  9. Oh my god, that exhaust is a disgrace. What were they thinking when welding it up!!! EDIT: I mean the old one
  10. Maybe look at GTSS results aswel?
  11. Moved to a more appropriate area.
  12. Joined!!! Spread the word guys!!!
  13. Definatly. I'll be at the AGM otherwise I'd be there for sure

    Japan Trip

If you go to any decent travel agent they can tell you exactly how much the passes are and which lines they work on. The first time I went we used the Shinkansen at least 6 times and that isn't cheap if you buy seperate tickets The private lines are cheap, at least the ones we used were. The longest one we used was to go to Mines from Tokyo and that wasn't too bad from memory. The $80 can fare for the rest of the way wasn't much good though PS Dave, get out of that wedding already, I'm so pumped for this years trip
  16. You bought it?
  17. Just to clarify, you want the 6 speed from an r34 gtr yeah? There are a few 6 speeds that suit gtr for sale currently but they're not stock boxes. If that's what you're after have a look through the for sale section
  18. Well it's definatly wet out here! Hairdresser cup is on track currently
  19. Have a look at Marko R1's results with 280 cams
  20. Looking good so far, the final tune will be a more accurate tale of how it drives So far it looks like a lot of wheel spin though so it should be fun to keep in a straight line
  21. It's hard to see on my phone screen but is the second car he goes past an Ultima Sports?
  22. Likewise. I hope James doesn't come out of it too badly, he's a deadset legend and shouldn't be punished/disadvantaged due to the bs that happened that was out of his control. He put in so much effort and time that was above what's required for the members. His phone just goes to a voicemail message now.
  23. Btw that's what happened to my car when it switched to e85. I got the shits with the tiny bit that was coming out with every prime so it was easier to just turn the fuel pumps on through the ecu and it took hardly any time at all to empty the tank
  24. Get a petrol jiggler hose, put the brass end in the tank (of course it will have to be quite long), jiggle it a bit and that will get most out Then take the line off the fuel reg and turn the key to ON so the pump primes. Repeat. Will take a fair while but it's simple.
