Crack what is your number? I have something I'd like but way easier to talk instead of type
  2. In all seriousness look out for a second hand 044. Also if you're that strapped for cash, maybe put the whole thing on hold for a while until you can afford to do it properly
  3. Sure I can, you managed to lose all of them
  4. Good point maybe they were quoting the average average fuel Econ isn't a concern at all of mine though cause it's not daily driven
  5. Wrapup thread: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...t&p=5120253
  6. Thanks Chris Danny ive edited that in, thanks for letting me know. No prizes for this one though (shame i know)
  7. Good to meet you finally!!! Yeah what a shitbox hahaha "Keep it standard" Or go all out on it, again You'll have to come for a drive when yavuz is finished with it. You'll be trying to buy the setup off me straight away hahaha. It's getting big brakes aswel which is definatly needed Injectors are sorted already. Bosch Indy Blue 1600cc's. Also this revs to 9500rpm no probs, but 3500rpm to 9000rpm is enough of a powerband. Interesting talking with some people (up the street) on Saturday night about how much E85 is needed vs pump98. All those guys who say 20/30% are wrong, its more like 40/45%. Example; 1000cc's are good for approx 1000hp/745kw at the motor, on E85 mine were all over at 400rwkw which is safe to say at least 450kw/600hp at the motor, which makes it a 40% difference. That may sound like a small difference (20% between talked about figures and actual results from my car), but for anyone reading i can tell you, its a fkn huge difference when you're on the rollers, there's heaps more ignition advance to run, more boost, dialing in cams etc and the injectors are at 100% duty. Got frustrating? I have a feeling Bosch Indy Blue 1600's are going to be all sold out very soon, and those Injector Dynamics 2000cc's will be the new "E85 injector of choice"
  8. Sweet, bring it to SAU events! Im from the st george area so ill probably see you around
  9. Results updated
  10. Hey mate We will move your other thread into this area cheers
  11. After 30 mins of messing around with the new ecu, this setup exactly the same as below, results; 401 kw atw, 24 psi (will go to 30psi), 6300rpm only (out of 9500rpm), maxed out injectors. Too much crank signal noise to continue, external crank trigger needed before going back to the dyno. Torque is massive as you'd expect, here's a quick vid http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QCkm6174AbA
  12. "Liz's SR20"
  13. HUGE thanks to all those who gave me a hand around lunchtime, Ben, Shaun, Sloane, sorry if I forgot anyone And of course a massive thanks to the guys at Unigroup for their hard work in a quite warm dyno cell, their courtesy and their proffessionalism! Well done guys, always happy to hand over the keys to you guys

  18. I now know for a fact why they discontinued the gearsets, straight from os's mouth And yes they were making money Tony remind me when I'm there next, I'll explain
  19. Haha yeah.....no.
  20. The whole idea is to put up a huge first post, then add others as you do things linking to ns.com is useless If you'd like to have a thread here like everyone else, please use the same format. Otherwise the thread will be closed. SAU does things one way and ns.com does things their way. Over here all the info needs to be on this forum so if it's too time consuming to update sau and ns I'd suggest you choose one and do a good job at that one
  21. Something like this would be awesome fun shame I don't have a suitable car! Aren't the dates the same as the Bathurst regularity race though?
  22. Sorry, turbo makes a difference for the power you quoted, that's all being a car that will see corners, the increased CR will be nice and usefull Also there's plenty of guys running that boost (and more) with similar CR's, don't be stressed, it sounds like a great setup. I don't know about the valves though, nice to have to be different, but if you havnt bought them already I'd suggest saving the money as many many guys have prooved stock valves are fine for that power (and more)
  23. OSGiken discontinued their biggest seller (5speed kit, which is a move that doesn't make business sense), so maybe they're like all the other jap companies who are shifting their focus to VR38 stuff?!
  24. Haaha yeah it was great fun! Especially when I stopped carrying it hahahahahaha stacking down that fkn hill with the te37 wasn't fun lol
