Why do you (admins/mods) allow threads such as HKS vs Garrett (example only) where people can voice their opinions and experiences. But when it involves peoples experiences shopping for a product that involves people they get all weak. we are allowed to say in our opinion that a product is crap, but not a product supplier. Whats the difference?? i.e. The ***** Motorsport thread seems a little bit of a double standard. Id be more interested/worried in a large multi-national company sueing me than a con man that rips people off!! Also if only the truth is stated and you have reliable witness accounts of what happened then whats the problem?

I dont know of too many things i do in 1/2 measures...its either boots and all...or not at all. check full feature of the car in this months HPI magazine and im sure you will agree.

BP98 with 6 deg total timing removed @ 15 psi and 1/2 throttle is not really the way to show off the car... but... im sure you got the idea how nuts it is to drive.

im using the tomei lifter buckets with JUN springs...see's 9500 evertime i drive it...no problem. we had the same problems running out of shim (thickest shim was not secure at high rpm) and switched to the tomei buckets and no problemo.

Tomei make a bucket that will allow you to run a more suitable sized shim (thinner) for your application

that statement does not surprise me at all....its really a very similar unit in shape, volume and construction to a stocker. The best aftermarket plenums are made right here in Aust. why look anywhere else. I use and recommend Hypertune plenums for both street (multi throttle) and track (single throttle) And before all you people cry "but thats a drag car"....Mark Berry and Russell Neuman would back up my statement with real back to testing and results on their circuit GTR.
