No offense taken, just pointing out that I don't think I'm carrying "too" much given my workload and diet. I think most guys tend to carry it in the gut anyway? I know I do. But that's also the most noticable spot when assessing via mirror etc. I'm not doing 180 over the shoulder butt checks.

To be honest, I'm not exactly fat and the increase in my posterior has been in direct correlation to my squatting and deadlifting. I should point out that this is completely fine by me, but that I do try and keep Kate's preferences in mind to some degree, as I said we try and be mindful of what the other likes so we keep up the physical attraction aspect of our relationship - works pretty well for us I realise others will be 100% dedicated to gym at the expense of everything else, that's not me, I like to have balance in my life and I've see first hand how it affects some relationships when one partner goes mad on health and fitness to the detriment of his/her partners opinion. I'd like to think you can keep both relatively in check. That's not about pandering to her every whim, just about respect and consideration for her opinion. So, with that in mind, all I'm really saying is, gee I hope my arse doesn't continue to get J-Lo'd as I continue to squat and DL. In terms of fatness/eating/cardio etc. I walk/jog (whichever the ankle allows and depending on if I'm trying to break through a barrier with my training) every morning, just a brisk 2ks. My regular daily diet looks like this. cup/cup n a half of oates + tbsp honey + a few sunflower seeds (I like the texture) for breakfast snacks during the day are apple, banana, 2 saladas with some honey and PB, a nut delight muesli bar, and a protien shake (with light milk) lunch is usually dinner left overs (or steak/chips/salad/veg on Fridays) so for today that's a homemade pizza which is on a pita base with capsicum, muschrooms, pinaapple, ham, light cheese, and a bit of salami and mixed fresh herbs from our garden, the worst thing would be I like to lash out and use BBQ sauce as a light base sauce. Other regular dinners for us could be risotto's, homemade chicken/veg or pumpkin soup, wholemeal wraps (chicken/capcisum, cheese, mayo, avocado, lettuce) stir fries, quiches, etc So all in all we're reasonable eaters, I do daily cardio of some sort, plus gym 3 times a week (plus chores on the weekend like mowing over 800mtrs of lawn area, working on the Sil, washing all the cars, extra dog play time) and I'm 6ft and 86kg and still have easily visible abs despite having ditched specific ab work months ago. My waist has not changed size, just how tight my work pants fit on my butt checks and upper legs. I doubt I'm magically gaining fat in just those areas coincidentally since I started squatting and DL. As an aside, did my second gym session with new squat/dl technique and maintained the new numbers and felt like there was more to give so I foresee some gains coming, but will take it slowly to allow my ankle time to adjust, it is not stoked about increased squat weight, seems happy enough with DL though so I imagine gains will be faster there, yay. Before you know it, I'll catch up to Markos girls lol

Well I doubt I' could do 50 pushups in a row and I've moved a little ways beyond benching my bw for reps, so I think 100 still requires some level of training and 70 is pretty impressive in my books.

One scoop with 250ml of water in my mild shaker (no ball) mixes and tastes fine. Surprisingly so.

WPC tastes fine, sweet though (Vanilla), After some semi decent shaking It had one clump in it but that was only in 200ml of light milk, a bit extra milk/water would help it mix better. Fine by my standards.

Good, can squat in my sleep and get a bigger arse. To be fair, she keeps herself in good condition and I try and keep her preferences in mind when it comes to how I look, plus I already need new pants to fit my arse and legs in so I don't want them getting any bigger 0_0

Glad someone else enjoyed that, I poured 30 seconds of my heart and soul into it. Missus commented that my arse is getting bigger (she doesn't like it) I'm assuming squats/deads causing this. I haven't even started to put any decent weight on the bar yet 0_0

With the engine mounts, you can try what I did and box them on 3 sides (I used cardboard) then I filled the space with sikaflex and let them set. Bam! semi solid engine mounts, work a treat on my car.

First session with new ideas and approach. Tried a 5x5 session and being sensible and safe with numbers just to feel it out. Here's how it went. Squat 73, 78, 83, 88, 54 (low bar last set for practice, 88 is 18 better than before). Bench (realised I'd miscalculated previous weight, was 93 not 98) 93, 97, 101.5, 104, 104 (11 better than before, did not increase last set as I wasn't sure I could, i had to work for the last rep) . DL barefoot 61, 73, 78, 83, 88, (22 better than before) Row 61, 67, 73, 75.5, 75.5, (9.5 better) Chins Bw, 2.5, 4.6, 6.5, 9, (4.4 better) Dips Bw, 6.5, 9, 11.5, 14, 16.5 (3.5 better) We'll see how I feel tomorrow. Ankle was swollen.

On a completely unrelated note, I just started playing this new awesome game from Milton Bradley. It's pretty awesome how those little guys just gobble up balls flat out.

I read the first sentence and saw it was wrong so I'm assuming it all is, so basically TLDR All I hear is blah blah blah I am not eating and I hate myself, I am grumpy and hungry. Mean while I am destroying this Nut Delight Bar. I admire your dedication, I really do, I just think you are off your chops being so stringent with the physique you already have. BUT, my logic is, eat the shit out of that thing I like, then run an extra 1km to burn it, totes worth it. Easy for me to say when my goals don't involve being ripped or caring about bf% though. In the end, you will look 10x better than me, but in my head at least I'll have been happier on the journey so I take the easy way, so that makes you the harder man also Hat tip to you sir. I think whenever I see bf written I think of boyfriend and that's gay so tracking bf must be gay too. Did I mention Nut Delight Bar? kthx. Nuts, BF's this is getting worse by the second.

lol nah you're missing the point entirely. I enjoy eating food, not doing it is painful, to do that intentionally is the definition of masochism. I didn't say anything about it being good or bad nutritionally, I give no f**ks for that. I'm a simple man Troy, food good, no food bad. Troy not eat food? Bad Troy.
