    SS and they are 3 inch at the base not sure from turbo down, 2 pieces off the Y pipe, here is pic of same ones i have hope that helps N1

    they are a prick to do with standard rails, yeh the floorplan is higher on the inside, better off buying bride or genuine recaro seat rail (more expensive)

    you have to take off the lower shroud off, screws from memory are on the dash and to the upper shroud on the sides, think there is 2 on each side.

    i agree with TO4 when the car is running rich and unburnt fuel is left behind the cat becomes hotter, this also would cause carbon deposits, hence the black dots at the back of the car. This eventually leads to blockages to take place and the honey combe inside to become loose. this was with a metal cat as well. Now for a new cat and re tune.

    oh ok yeah its been few months now, replaced plugs cos had a misfire.. then replaced o2 sensor;s as well....think have to re tune

    Just have question..Car is R32 GTR , PFC, cams, turbo ....and is running rich i think anyway, just wanted to know what damage can be done to the engine?? rings?? or just get a re tune?

    just adding to that..need also the fuel flap restrictor installed and the centre brake light, its about $1000 maybe bit more if you take it to compliance place (including engineers cert)

    day event does this usually become packed and not many runs can be had?? hope the weather holds out.

    had same problem...one of the wires on the indicators was exposed, simple fix..taped over with some insulating tape, may not be in your case, so have a check of that
