Whether you have right or way or not, if I was in that situation (which I am every now and then), I'll make my way forward slowly and make sure I'm ready to pounce on the brakes if the other guy comes out... It's a very iffy situation right there, and not uncommon either.

You do realise that braking is a function of traction don't you? So really, in all fairness, your car is quite dangerous with those tyres on there, agreed? Would you have the same level of admiration for the Police if they defected your car for having unroadworthy tyres and a cracked windscreen, like they should have? I'm constantly surprised by what factors people judge police on. If they let them off for minor speeding offences, the Police are doing a GREAT JOB!!!! If they rape you for street racing your mates up and down George St/Chapel St/Cavill Ave (!), then they're dirty cops... Weird isn't it?

Your taste? I was bagging your taste or anything else. I was (admittedly drunkenly at 2:48am) telling you that the pictured item was not an HKS dump pipe. If you would have rathered to go on and be deluded in thinking that HKS makes such horrible pieces of workmanship, then that's your perogative. If it came in an "HKS turbo kit box", then someone my friend, got majorly ripped off. FYI, HKS dump pipe for HCR32 is a very VERY common item, not a "hard to get part" at all... It is listed in their catalog (I don't memorise it either ) as Part Number: 1418-RN008 at a price of 26,000 Yen.

There is no such thing as a "Genuine HKS Cast Item" Dump Pipe. And with that crappy attitude, you'd better not hold your breath for people to come to help you out in the future, because you obviously know it all, and don't need our help.
